Very helpful, treated with total respect, listened to what we wanted and delivered. The Ceremony Room was so much better than the crematorium. No funeral is nice but this was as good as it gets.

My brother had the best send off but wasn't allowed to carry his coffin or at the service that was the only issue when told we was meant too but glad it was the best day for him
