Dad's passing
Adrian and his team were very professional but also compassionate. Mum was very impressed with the way they took care of us and showed great respect on the day of the funeral. Thanks to Helen for sorting the photo montage and for sending them to me plus the service itself. Ellie the celebrant was excellent and prepared a brilliant eulogy based on our memories. Excellent reputation
We chose AE Joliffe & son Funeral Directors in Ferndown because of their excellent reputation and both my parents had funeral plans there. The ceremonial room on site was warm, intimate and convenient for friends and neighbours.
We were immediately put at ease by Adrian on initial arrival. All the staff were warm, welcoming, respectful and very professional.
All our needs were met and the service was memorable.
We had a board with family photos and a video of photos accompanied by music of our choice.
We also took the catering option, which was delicious and were able to bring in our own wine.
A huge thanks for the excellent service and would recommend highly.

At the beginning
At the beginning, booking the plan was a simple process, where, at a time of sadness, I was guided with sympathy, through the procedure then, and how, when my wife passed, the service wold continue. When that time came the wishes of myself and family, were uppermost in the minds of Douch Family Funeral Directors. No small matter was left untended. Our thoughts were taken fully into consideration. The funeral itself, proceeded exactly how we would have wished, giving many of those attending, a quiet joy at the service, celebrating the life of my wife.

Listened and delivered
Very helpful, treated with total respect, listened to what we wanted and delivered. The Ceremony Room was so much better than the crematorium.
No funeral is nice but this was as good as it gets.
