Something company ripped me off said they delivered to Europe. I live in Wyoming. Email not working.

I ordered 3 boxes for storage in my wardrobe in September 2022.
The tracking number was telling me that it had been delivered in South Sheila's, I live Merseyside area.
I have now been blocked from trying to speak to anyone on the support email.
January and still not received them and looks like I won't be getting them.
Stay away from this company unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered these storage crates and I paid 16 or 17 bucks for, and I never got them. I have been waiting for a new tracking number and I still have yet received any updates. This is a scam!

I ordered 2 small white novelty suitcases on 18 September 2022 paying $45.99 including shipping. They have never arrived - now 12 January 2023. I have a receipt and they replied once saying they had been despatched but they had tracking issues. I’ve requested a refund but have received no further response despite emailing several times. Disgusting! Julia R.

If I could make this a no star I would. if you see this advertisement DO NOT BUY. Don't buy from anyone selling this item especially if they're advertising on Facebook. I ordered in October, contacted them in November and was told I'd get a tracking number in 3 days and have not heard back from them. Now I can't contact them. Their email doesn't work. I got a reply from them when I asked them where my order was but now I can't contact them. Should've known it was too good to be true but I wanted some nice luggage. Wish the US would vet business owners before allowing them to advertise. These people probably took another legit company's pictures and videos to get money.
They're thieves.

Ordered my daughters Christmas present back in October...never arrived and no response to email!!!

So angry - the emails I send them are now bouncing back - complete scam avoid at all costs. Don't waste your money as I have no way of trying to get mine back for something I paid for last year!

I also ordered small suitcases in October, multiple emails complaining and requesting refund which they gave me a tracking number that did not work, finally today now that I am back from my vacation I wanted the suitcases for, the email address and website no longer exist, I will be proceeding with my Mastercard hoping to get reimbursed but please buyer beware if they open with a new website I hope people don’t get scammed like I did.
I tried to email the info at focusnovelty.com as well and that email is a dead email so there is no way whatsoever to contact this scam company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Bought suitcases on Sept 30. Have sent multiple emails and received two different tracking numbers both of which showed delivery in Hawaii. I live in KY. Now email bounces and phone number does not work. Just filed a dispute with AmEx. Don’t buy anything from this company. It’s a scam!

I ordered a product from this site in September. Still waiting for the delivery to this day. I sent an enquiry to the customer support and got a email failure email doesn't exist. Waste of money wasted time Yongnan LIN (director) should be ashamed of the service

DO NOT ORDER FROM FOCUS NOVELTY!! Completely scammers. The price was too good to be true for luggage with USB charging port plus stackable storage. Ordered with my AMEX card and received receipt and invoice. Got tracking number from a carrier that I have never heard of. Tracking invoice stated product delivered to Atlanta, Georgia with no address! Emailed customer support and said they will resend with new tracking number. Nothing was done after dozens of emails back and forth. Filed fraud complaint with AMEX and they refunded my purchase. Filed complaint with BBB. Unfortunately, over 80% products on FB are fraud. Either you do not get the product as advertised or no product at all. These unscrupulous individuals make it hard for the legit vendors on FB.

I too ordered a carry on suitcase with a USB port on 10/1/22. All I received was a confirmation email that they received my order. No follow up emails after that. I tried to contact them at the email they listed on the receipt, and it does not exist. I reported it to Amex and they are refunding my payment. Rip off Scammers. They don't deserve a 1 star. Don't order anything from ads that pop up in your feed on Facebook. This is the 2nd time something like this happened only I got a plastic garden hat instead of the garden trellis I ordered on that one. Pay pal issued my return money.

Like everyone else, said it was delivered but of course not my address, in fact at the other end of the country. There was a tracker, so this is strange since Canada Post also had it BUT no description of what was sent. It could be a piece of paper. Many emails back and forth, they were re-sending and now email address is invalid. I will try to get the money back from my credit card and will report them to FB as this is how I ordered it.

Just like others on here ordered suitcase on 25/9/22. Did not receive it despite them saying it was on it's way and sent a tracking number. Now my emails are being returned undelievered.
KEEP WELL AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM

Looks like I have been conned like all the others. Facebook should take some sort of action. They should be exposed.

Like everyone else waiting for my order since October. Sent an email asking for an update as what I had purchased was a christmas gift. Got a reply to send through the order number, did this and still nothing received. Tried to email again and email is no longer able to receive mail.

Never received my suitcases. They were delivered to Hollywood, Fl and I live in Georgia. Support kept saying they resend it. We exchanged several emails and I requested a refund, of course I never received it.

I ordered a suitcase on 9/25/22. I haven't received it and now I can't get intouch with them. It says the address isn't found. When I first asked them about my item, they said it was coming soon. Now I hope my credit card company can get it back.

I ordered suitcases in October 02 and they kept telling me they had been delivered but, according to them, the package was delivered to Mount Louren - NJ , but I live in NY. Now what? Then they went as far as to return my email asking for order number, which I sent but no merchandise was delivered, so far. Never ever received them or my money back. I emailed and phoned but no answer. Now my credit card is taking care of the issue. Will see.
