They didn't deliver my order and have lost $80 and have blocked me! I can't afford to lose that money so understand I am gutted

Hi all, just wanted to give an update to you all. I applied for a chargeback on my credit card and it was approved.
Keep your emails of your attempts to get info but dont wait over 60 days because this is the timeframe to claim, good luck all and hopefully if enough people apply for chargebacks these losers will not focus on us.

OMG, having the same problem as the people in the review,
Ordered an item in September waited 28 days, emailed them, Told me to be patient, Did many emails to them and always had an excuse. Then like many others delivered to a different part of New Zealand,.
Also did another order in december while waiting for 1st order same thing delivered to another part of New Zealand. Sent email couple of days ago cant send.
Even phone number scam.
Is there a way of tracking them down, as looks like the made some good money out of us. We need to stop this and help other people getting catch like us

I paid for storage boxes, ad was very convincing. Never received items. I would email them asking why it's taking so long (4 months), they would always say it's on the way, be patient. Now the site and email isn't even available. SCAM!!!!!!! WISH THE GOVERNMENT COULD TAKE ACTION ON SUCH SCAMMERS!!! I payed with hard earned money .

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered some storage boxes , more money came out than what should of and never received the boxes. Sent many emails and had an email back saying they would check logistics! Then never heard back from them after many emails. The company is a total scam, do not buy anything .

I'm in the same boat of the people who gave 1 star, I paid for a suitcase and I never received it, they did answer my questions in the past, saying that the package was on the way but it never arrived, and now their email address is not active anymore. Scam.

I was looking for my order and they answered most of my emails but suddently the email address did not work anymore. Lucky for me , order was only 7.98 US for 2 seat covers. I will remember their name FOCUS NOVELTY

This is a big scam. Order in August 2022 and spent over $60. Who can I report this to? I want my money back

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered two items in Aug 2022. After months of checking the tracking, shows both pieces were delivered to different provinces. When I asked them to resend or refund, they did the same thing again. Guessing they didn't ACTUALLY send any items at all and 1000% scam. Now I get an error message when I try to email them. Should be charged with fraud.

It's fraud. They will never deliver after they get the money

I have not received my order, the last tracking showed it was delivered to an address in New York, as you can see in my original order my address is not nor never has been in New York.
I need someone from Focus novelty to contact me.

after numerous attempts I still haven't received my order of storage boxes and they stopped answering any of my email messages as of October 24th 2022. my last attempted gave this response:

Your message wasn't delivered because the domain focusnovelty couldn't be found.

Took my money, no tracking number for delivery, no surprise no delivery. One response to email then nothing. Now seems they have changed their email. Total scam. Plus insult on top Sainsburys (Mastercard) Credit card will not act or refund the money so still probably making their share of money from these fraudulent transactions.

I placed an order in October and they claim USPS delivered my order but I have yet to see it. They won't answer my email or communicate with me. But they were sure in a hurry to keep my money. What a rip off!!!! I am on a low income so every penny counts. I hope they get caught up with, they deserve to be shut down! Maybe they have someone there with a heart. They say they have proof of delivery so why won't they share that proof with me? SCAM!!!!

-5 stars if I could give them negative stars. I never received the luggage. I am going to have my bank dispute it for me. Horrible people to do such horrible things to people.

Bogus ass company they will lead you on your order. O it's coming bs never showed up fraud company

I ordered 3 storage boxes back in September 2022.
I still have not received them.
