I hate that I have to write this review because I knew better than to make the purchase.
The only saving grace is that I was able to dispute charge with my credit card company.
They went as far as to return my email asking for order number but ironically that email address is no longer valid

This sh*it site is a total bullsh*t scammer guys. This sh*it site from China is all but fuk*ing scammer and all their products

It's taken me months to find out this Is a scam. I ordered suitcases, a foldaway bed and storage boxes in September 22,which I needed for Xmas. Never arrived. Same nonsense replies as other folk have said. Now the emails can't be delivered. No such address found. I wish these thieves all the horrible bad luck ever. I will stick pins in my voodoo doll to make sure they suffer.

Items never arrived, no phone calls answered and no replies on emails.

Absolute scammers.Ordered a tent in august 22 and had the same lies as everyone else.Fake tracking and supposedly delivered to the other end of the country and emails bouncing back.Luckily i payed with an online creditcard i'm disputing so havent lost anything.

Yes as the rest I was scammed to Mother F*%#kers hope they all have something happen to them for taking ppl trust and stomping on it and laughing at us!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

Rip off. Paid £38 For air fryer in Sept 2022. No sign of it. And no money back. They need reporting to someone now.

I ordered 6 totes in October of 2022 and they were so nice to me, but now they don't answer. I never got a reason as to why and can't get a refund. This is so sad that there are people out there doing this to innocent people. I just got sucked out of $136 by Best Gadgets for a SureTech Smartwatch that I was supposed to pay S&H for, after I got it, they took $136 out of my checking account. This is the 4th time, I guess it's not to trust anyone!!!

If there was a negative 5 I would give it that rating. like others have said in their reviews, I ordered the suitcase on Sept 28, 2022 and waited a couple months knowing that it was most likely coming from Chi_a and it takes longer to get it. So I started emailing them and getting responses from that email. I have 7. They then sent a tracking number that said it was delivered on Oct 15, 2022. IN VA!!! I live in NC. I sent back an email and told them to start processing a refund as I no longer wanted the order. That is when I got an undeliverable notice in email. So they are now untouchable. How does one get money back from people like this? Can we all come together and sue them for items not delivered?

I ordered a suitcase in Sept 16th 2022. I waited a few days 10 days, and I wrote them regarding the order. They replead to me "Dear Customer,
Your order......is already in transit.
Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system for the time being, please don't worry about it.I will send the tracking number to you in three days." I
never received it.
After more then one month, nothing! I resented an e-mail and they answered" Dear customer, Your order has been shipped. Due to a problem with our system, the tracking number cannot be synchronized to the order system for the time being.We have registered your information and will contact the warehouse to check for you.The tracking number will be provided to you within three days. Nothing.....
I emailed again today to understand the situation and request the money back. Now my email is bouncing back.... Than the situation in my opinion is clear, I lost this the money and I will never get the money back and I will never receive the suitcase

They took my money , sent a fake tracking number and now their website has changed name. Avoid!!

I only gave 1 star as there is no zero available. This company is a Fraud as per all the previous ratings they give you a fake tracking number, that is delivered to a totally different place then advise you to contact post office (this is to waste time and wear you down) they then blame the courier and say they will send again, you then chase them, another fake tracking number given.DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. They may also be linked with dreamforhome.com as I ordered with them and got the exact same response. I paid for my order in September 2022

Should be zero stars. Same as other people on here. I ordered a phone at 27 Aug of 22 then finally after correspondence they said had been delivered. But I looked at address and it was in another state after about 30 emails they said product would be resent with new no.after 7 days then it was the warehouse is busy and then its the no email address thing .

Placed an order for a tent and was told it was delivered to an address in Ontario but i am in BC. Requested a refund and no response. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson. Very disappointing. 2 thumbs down Focus Novelty.

I don't believe they are a legitimate company order toys for my grandchildren on 13th October and they haven arrived. My bank have refunded my money and are investigating. Definitely a scam.
