I had an extremely disappointing experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flower Station.
I ordered a “Pure Bliss” bouquet as a birthday gift for a very dear friend, expecting a high-quality arrangement as shown on their website. Instead, a completely different and unacceptable bouquet was delivered. It looked nothing like the photos and is something I would never have chosen or gifted if I had seen it in person.
The situation only got worse from there. Multiple redelivery attempts failed because couriers did not follow clear instructions - they were supposed to call before arrival due to the difficulty of locating the address, yet no calls were made. Interestingly, the very first courier (who delivered the wrong bouquet) did call, which proves this was entirely avoidable.
The order was placed for Saturday, but the correct bouquet was never delivered on time. Days passed, completely defeating the purpose of a birthday gift, and the flowers were already deteriorating.
Despite all these failures - incorrect product, missed delivery timing, and poor service - I was still asked to pay additional fees. This is unacceptable.
Overall, this service was unreliable, unprofessional, and failed at every key stage. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very expensive for that they are

Very expensive for that they are , recieved a tiny boquet for £50 and 1/3 of them are dying upon arrival :/ deffo woudlnt shop here again

Flower Station - Expensive and No Customer Care

Used a couple of times in past month. Personal and Corporate.
Personal - spent £100 on a mother's day bouquet, where they cut the stems so short, only fit to keep in paper they came in and not in any vase of any shape or form.
Corporate - one of the plants, next day, completely dead. Will not replace, claims overwatering when no-one watered it apart from themselves.
For the cost they charge, I would expect a first class treatment of everything - this is definitely not the case.

Really poor experience. Avoid.

Really poor experience.

Ordered a large bouquet of pink tulips for Mother’s Day — what arrived was a bunch of depressing, white, low-quality flowers that looked nothing like what I paid for. They were clearly not fresh and deteriorated within days. Not a small substitution - just completely wrong and unacceptable for such an occasion.
I wrote to let them know as soon as flowers delivered. And had to order a new bouquet from another florist.

They argued back that the flowers do match the description and supposedly this is just how tulips are… and offered a 15% off next order.
I gave them the chance to fix this privately before leaving a review — they didn’t.

Avoid.

Shahid was exceptional in his service. He prepared a fantastic Eid bouquet for my wife. Couldn’t recommend enough - best flowers in London.

Absolute shambles - horrendous customer service

I ordered over a week in advance of Mother's Day. My order went through without a problem. The day after delivery was due I chased because the flowers had not turned up. I was then sent a nonsensical and confusing email. After further chasing I discovered that they had cancelled the order without telling me. They then waffled about their processes making an error! They then failed to provide any compensation. They followed up with several emails asking for a review of the flowers! Hard to review when they haven't turned up. They have now stopped responding. I will never use this company again.

Got there eventually

Seriously, I write a review of my lived experience and eventually you bother to respond despite me calling you more than once leaving messages for you to call me back, your customer service is a defensive wall designed to make customers give us so grow up, here's my photos taken on day of delivery, you sad people think you can do what you want and use your ongoing incompetence to protect you from bankruptcy which is all you deserve.

So they write back a general email which I can't be bothered to comply with Flower Station demands too long after the delivery and now Trust Pilot allows Flower Smith to undermine my review so it can be deleted. Seriously??

Today, 1 April 2026, Flower Station send an email requesting pictures so pictures sent to info@ so let's see what happens next.

Today, 2 April I received a floral bouquet, fresh and very pleasing, thank you Flower Station for making good, much appreciated.

Poor Quality

My husband bought me a very expensive
bouquet of flowers for our anniversary and within 4 days most of the flowers were wilted or dead. This was despite cutting the stalks and giving them fresh water daily. Even what should be long lasting flowers like chrysanthemums have died. Won’t be using them again.

Just had a reply from The Flower Station to say that ‘their flowers only last 4 days due to their delicate nature and also the environmental conditions they are put in!’

So if you are spending money on a bouquet of flowers and you want them to last more than 3 days don’t use The Flower Station!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the longevity of the bouquet sent for your anniversary. Fresh flowers are natural and delicate products, and while we generally anticipate them to last around 4–5 days on average after delivery, their lifespan can vary depending on several factors such as the flower varieties included, room temperature, placement, and general care.

In order to properly investigate any potential quality issues, our policy asks that complaints are reported within 2 days of delivery and include photos of the bouquet as a whole. This timeframe allows our florists to assess the condition of the flowers while they are still in a state that can be fairly evaluated.

In this instance, the complaint was received more than 6 days after the delivery date, which unfortunately means we are unable to properly review the condition of the flowers at the time they were received.

That said, we never wish to leave a customer feeling dissatisfied. As a gesture of goodwill, we have offered to send a complimentary bouquet on a date and address of your choosing, and we would still be very happy to arrange this for you.

We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.

Ordered a £275 Valentine’s bouquet and never received it. No refund provided either.



Ordered a £275 Valentine’s bouquet with clear delivery instructions: “Please leave outside unit 14.” The driver left the flowers outside the building by the post boxes instead of the unit door.

When I arrived shortly afterwards, the flowers were missing.

The company’s policy states a delivery note should be left when parcels are placed in a safe location, but no delivery note was left and the driver never entered the building. He most definitely did not deliver them to a safe location.

Despite providing evidence of the delivery instructions and delivery photo, Flower Station refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive order. Lost my money and never received my flowers.

According to our delivery policy, it is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that the recipient is available to receive the delivery. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our drivers will leave the order in the safest place possible at their discretion. Once an order has been delivered to the delivery address, responsibility for the item passes to the sender/recipient.

In this particular case, our records show that the driver was in contact with the recipient at the time of delivery and informed them where the bouquet would be left. Because the driver was speaking directly with the recipient, a physical delivery note was not left. Additionally, photos of the delivery location were taken by the driver and automatically sent via email as confirmation of delivery.

As the order was successfully delivered to the address provided, we are unfortunately unable to justify issuing a refund. However, we do understand your concerns and, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered to redeliver the order even though the delivery was completed according to our procedures.

We always aim to provide the best possible service and appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving our processes.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on…

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered on our anniversary. On the day nothing had arrived by 3pm, so I emailed to be told it could be anytime up to 8pm and was referred to their T&C's. At 5pm I was told it was on its way. At 7pm nothing arrived and I took my wife out. The flowers eventually arrived after 10pm. This completely missed the purpose of my purchase and what should have been joy was stress. I'd never use them again. Note my son sent us flowers and their delivery service gave an hour slot in the middle of the day, when flowers should arrive. I wish I had used this one.

During weekends we operate with a smaller pool of drivers while still managing a high volume of deliveries. We make every effort to deliver all standard residential orders between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. However, on rare occasions when routes are particularly busy, deliveries can take place later in the evening and may be completed as late as 11:00 PM.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for the flowers to arrive later than expected and after you had already left for the evening. Our intention is always for our deliveries to add to special moments, not cause frustration, and we are very sorry that this was not the case for you.

Your feedback is very important to us and helps us review and improve our delivery processes, particularly during busy periods. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Mahi gave incredible customer service!

One of your staff called Mahi was incredible. Super friendly and was extremely efficient! She managed to make my flowers within 30 minutes and it was a very big bouquet, so it was not easy but she did incredibly well. I told her my budget and the time of flowers and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was very patient with me and has convinced me to come again next time and to tell my friends and family! Please give her a raise or a free holiday because she deserves it. The flowers were incredible and all your staff are nice aswell. Until next time!

Didn’t arrived till after 6pm the…

Didn’t arrived till after 6pm the driver called to say the address didn’t exist, thus led to a lot of unnecessary stress and because the flowers arrived late it totally missed the point of a house warming surprise.
I won’t order from you again

Our records show that the driver experienced difficulty locating the address provided on the order. The street name entered was “Cranleigh”, whereas the correct street name appears to be “Cranley.” As these are two different streets located in different parts of London, the driver was unable to locate the property initially and therefore had to call to request clarification before completing the delivery.

Once the correct location was confirmed, the driver proceeded to the address and the order was successfully delivered at 5:59 PM.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been for the flowers to arrive later than expected, especially when the timing was important for the occasion. We are sorry for the stress this situation caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
