What a lovely oasis in the heart of Temple Fortune. Lovely Olive trees and great colours whilst having a fresh coffee…. A sunny day always helps, but ideal place to buy a plant, bouquet, tree or planter and also good to sit down for a few minutes.

Whilst writing the recent flowers purchased were terrific and lasted over a week, which I always think is a bonus. I forgot to write it up, so thought I would mention now.

Totally disgraceful company
Totally disgraceful company, do not touch them with a bargepole!!!!!
I arrnaged a floral arrangement to celebrate a 98th Birthday for a friend's mother!
The flowers were never delivered, no updates from Flower Station, after my request they just have me a refund, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY!!!!!

I had an extremely disappointing experience
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flower Station.
I ordered a “Pure Bliss” bouquet as a birthday gift for a very dear friend, expecting a high-quality arrangement as shown on their website. Instead, a completely different and unacceptable bouquet was delivered. It looked nothing like the photos and is something I would never have chosen or gifted if I had seen it in person.
The situation only got worse from there. Multiple redelivery attempts failed because couriers did not follow clear instructions - they were supposed to call before arrival due to the difficulty of locating the address, yet no calls were made. Interestingly, the very first courier (who delivered the wrong bouquet) did call, which proves this was entirely avoidable.
The order was placed for Saturday, but the correct bouquet was never delivered on time. Days passed, completely defeating the purpose of a birthday gift, and the flowers were already deteriorating.
Despite all these failures - incorrect product, missed delivery timing, and poor service - I was still asked to pay additional fees. This is unacceptable.
Overall, this service was unreliable, unprofessional, and failed at every key stage. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Flower Station - Expensive and No Customer Care
Used a couple of times in past month. Personal and Corporate.
Personal - spent £100 on a mother's day bouquet, where they cut the stems so short, only fit to keep in paper they came in and not in any vase of any shape or form.
Corporate - one of the plants, next day, completely dead. Will not replace, claims overwatering when no-one watered it apart from themselves.
For the cost they charge, I would expect a first class treatment of everything - this is definitely not the case.

Ordered an established spider plant for £30 + delivery, received a tiny little plant that cost a £5 in Tesco ! Customer service awful , they didn’t want to know .

Ordered a large bouquet of pink tulips for Mother’s Day — what arrived was a bunch of depressing, white, low-quality flowers that looked nothing like what I paid for. They were clearly not fresh and deteriorated within days. Not a small substitution - just completely wrong and unacceptable for such an occasion.
I wrote to let them know as soon as flowers delivered. And had to order a new bouquet from another florist.
They argued back that the flowers do match the description and supposedly this is just how tulips are… and offered a 15% off next order.
I gave them the chance to fix this privately before leaving a review — they didn’t.
Avoid.

Shahid was exceptional in his service. He prepared a fantastic Eid bouquet for my wife. Couldn’t recommend enough - best flowers in London.

Absolute shambles - horrendous customer service
I ordered over a week in advance of Mother's Day. My order went through without a problem. The day after delivery was due I chased because the flowers had not turned up. I was then sent a nonsensical and confusing email. After further chasing I discovered that they had cancelled the order without telling me. They then waffled about their processes making an error! They then failed to provide any compensation. They followed up with several emails asking for a review of the flowers! Hard to review when they haven't turned up. They have now stopped responding. I will never use this company again.

Got there eventually
Seriously, I write a review of my lived experience and eventually you bother to respond despite me calling you more than once leaving messages for you to call me back, your customer service is a defensive wall designed to make customers give us so grow up, here's my photos taken on day of delivery, you sad people think you can do what you want and use your ongoing incompetence to protect you from bankruptcy which is all you deserve.
So they write back a general email which I can't be bothered to comply with Flower Station demands too long after the delivery and now Trust Pilot allows Flower Smith to undermine my review so it can be deleted. Seriously??
Today, 1 April 2026, Flower Station send an email requesting pictures so pictures sent to info@ so let's see what happens next.
Today, 2 April I received a floral bouquet, fresh and very pleasing, thank you Flower Station for making good, much appreciated.

Poor Quality
My husband bought me a very expensive
bouquet of flowers for our anniversary and within 4 days most of the flowers were wilted or dead. This was despite cutting the stalks and giving them fresh water daily. Even what should be long lasting flowers like chrysanthemums have died. Won’t be using them again.
Just had a reply from The Flower Station to say that ‘their flowers only last 4 days due to their delicate nature and also the environmental conditions they are put in!’
So if you are spending money on a bouquet of flowers and you want them to last more than 3 days don’t use The Flower Station!

Ordered a £275 Valentine’s bouquet and never received it. No refund provided either.
Ordered a £275 Valentine’s bouquet with clear delivery instructions: “Please leave outside unit 14.” The driver left the flowers outside the building by the post boxes instead of the unit door.
When I arrived shortly afterwards, the flowers were missing.
The company’s policy states a delivery note should be left when parcels are placed in a safe location, but no delivery note was left and the driver never entered the building. He most definitely did not deliver them to a safe location.
Despite providing evidence of the delivery instructions and delivery photo, Flower Station refused to issue a refund. Very disappointing experience for such an expensive order. Lost my money and never received my flowers.
