I came in to buy flowers for my…

I came in to buy flowers for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, and I was a little nervous about choosing the right bouquet. Even though it was a very busy time, Iris & moni💕and the owner were incredibly kind and patient with me. They really took the time to help, and the bouquet turned out absolutely beautiful. I’m so grateful for their care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

I ordered flowers online from the USA…

I ordered flowers online from the USA to be delivered to a family member in London, and the entire experience was seamless. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful — fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully put together.

The delivery was right on time, and the service was excellent from start to finish. It gave me so much peace of mind being able to trust a florist abroad with something so special. I highly recommend them for anyone sending flowers internationally!

Luxury bouquet delivered incomplete

Luxury bouquet delivered incomplete – refusal to honour consumer rights
I received a “luxury bouquet of 51 roses”. On delivery, two of the stems had no flower heads attached, despite being cleanly cut to the correct height.
I contacted the company immediately, within their stated time limits, and provided clear photographs. Rather than arranging a replacement or refund, the company suggested the damage may have occurred during delivery and later argued that fresh flowers are exempt from full consumer protection because they are perishable.
They relied on the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to refuse a full refund, despite the issue being a defect present at delivery and the order not matching its description. They also attempted to impose a pro-rata refund, which I did not accept.
This approach contradicts both the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the company’s own published policy, which states that mistakes notified promptly with photos will be replaced at their cost.
The issue here is not a minor quality dispute, but how the company responds when a clear problem is raised. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when ordering high-value bouquets for special occasions.

Thank you for your service! I ordered an orchidea flower for my sister s birthday. The staff is marvelous. They emailed me every detail about the order because i live abroad. I suggest to all to order here.

I ordered online the day before for…Birthday flowers

I ordered online the day before for birthday gift. I received email at 10.13am to say my flowers have been freshly made and a driver has been assigned to deliver them. I saw the van on the map and let my family know the flowers were coming soon.
Then the van disappeared off the map and then nothing until another email came at 4.30pm to say exactly the same as the earlier email.
I emailed the helpline for them to say the driver phoned in sick and very sorry. The flowers were finally delivered at 7pm that day which the birthday was nearly over. They said on the website that deliveries are upto 8pm but should have updated me about the driver as my family kept waiting most of the day after the earlier email.
I would go direct with a shop next time and not online.

We are very sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery updates on the day of your order. Unfortunately, the driver originally assigned to your delivery reported sick during the route, which meant the order had to be made anew with fresh flowers and reassigned to another driver later in the day. This resulted in the delay you experienced.

As outlined on our website, standard residential deliveries can take place anytime between 9am and 8pm, and on this occasion the bouquet was successfully delivered within that delivery window at 7pm. However, we do understand that the earlier tracking update understandably led you to expect the flowers much sooner, and we apologise for the confusion this caused.

We appreciate that birthday deliveries are time-sensitive, and we regret that the change in driver was not communicated more clearly earlier in the day. Your feedback regarding the tracking updates and communication has been noted and shared with our team as we are always looking to improve our service.

We are pleased that the flowers were ultimately delivered on the same day, but we are sorry that the experience did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
