Amazing service

I have nothing but praise for this service. Had to make a very late order yesterday and just got in under the deadline for same day delivery. Very grateful for their completing the order and showing me the flowers had been delivered. The communication was excellent and Desi was super helpful

STAY AWAY! Awful!!!

Awful delivery service. I paid £9.95 for same DAY delivery as recipient was going away to recuperate that evening and I wanted her to be able to take her flowers with her. The flowers arrived at 8.51pm when she had already left and were left next to the rubbish bin next to gate! Nowhere on the website did it state that same day deliveries could be anywhere between 9am to whenever, had I been aware of then I would have used someone else who could confirm delivery before 5pm latest! I'm sure they may well change their information as I have obviously complained. The flowers have been left outside and the recipient rang a neighbour the next day to collect them but they were gone!!
I paid £39 for the flowers plus £9.95 for same day delivery, had a £5 discount code which brought the cost to £44.95 for an absolutely disgraceful service, when approached, their response was that they had fulfilled their side by delivering same day, so no recourse!! The flowers that have since disappeared but you can see from the drivers confirmation could never have amounted to £39! I hasten to add that Flower Station also asked me not to place a negative review!! No offer of compensation just didn't want a negative review. STAY AWAY from this disappointing company!!!

We would like to clarify that our same-day delivery service operates within a set delivery window. Residential deliveries are typically carried out between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM, and during particularly busy periods, this may be extended later into the evening to ensure all orders are completed. As your order was placed for same-day delivery, it was delivered within this timeframe.

In cases where the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will leave the flowers in a safe place to ensure delivery is completed on the requested date. We are sorry to learn that the flowers were no longer there when retrieved; however, this was not previously brought to our attention, and based on earlier correspondence, we understood that the order had been successfully collected.

Regarding the bouquet itself, we can confirm that the arrangement was prepared to value and in line with the product specification.

We would also like to add that we have been prompt and thorough in our communication throughout. The suggestion that we asked for a review not to be posted is both inaccurate and unfair. We welcome all feedback - positive or negative - as it helps us improve our service.

We appreciate your comments regarding delivery timeframes and are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.

They were the best, but became the worst

I've ordered flowers from Flower Station twice. First time in 2020 and they delivered nice fresh roses. But recently (in 2026) I've got completely opposite experience. Roses themself were quite small. And seems like they were waiting for delivery w/o water for half of day. As result flowers were quite weak when they just arrived.
Looks like they new logistics doesn't fit well for their business. That was the last time I ordered from them.

We would like to clarify that the product you selected consists of short-stemmed roses designed for letterbox delivery. This type of packaging does not allow for the use of water, as it would damage the packaging and prevent it from fitting through the letterbox safely.

Although your order was placed in the morning, it was prepared later in the day and delivered within approximately two hours of dispatch, in line with our delivery schedule.

If there were any concerns regarding the quality of the roses upon arrival, we would have been happy to investigate. For such cases, we kindly ask customers to send a photo of the full bouquet to info@flowerstation.co.uk, so we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

After a death in the family I ordered a bespoke and very personal bunch of flowers. This company delivered the wrong flowers and now won't give me a refund. Do not use them, they are a scam.

We would like to clarify that we did acknowledge that the bouquet delivered was not prepared as instructed, and we sincerely apologise for this error. The driver was given a more expensive albeit incorrect bouquet in the depot which led to this unfortunate circumstance.

To resolve the matter, we offered several options for you to choose from which also included redelivery, a partial refund or full refund.

These options were provided to ensure a fair resolution while also accounting for the prepared and delivered arrangement.

We understand this was a deeply personal order, and we are truly sorry that we fell short on this occasion.

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience, especially given the sensitive circumstances surrounding the order.

I placed a next-day delivery order for bereavement flowers, however the bouquet arrived two days late. While an apology and chocolates were offered, the actual flowers themselves were not acceptable quality — all five hydrangeas in the bouquet arrived completely dead despite the arrangement costing nearly £68.

To make matters worse, the card attached to the flowers contained another customer’s name entirely, which raised serious concerns about customer information being mixed up.

This is unfortunately the second poor experience I’ve had with this company. Delayed delivery, dead flowers, incorrect customer details, and very little real accountability taken afterwards. Really upsetting experience overall, particularly for something ordered following a family death.

As your order was placed for same-day delivery to an address outside of our local delivery area, we needed to contact you to arrange delivery for the next available date. Unfortunately, we were only able to reach you the following day, which resulted in the delivery being scheduled for the day after, two days after the order was placed.

Following delivery, you contacted us with your concerns and provided photos. Upon investigation, we identified that the incorrect name on the card was due to a trainee error, for which we sincerely apologise.

Regarding the flowers, we noted that the hydrangeas appeared slightly dehydrated, which can occasionally occur due to the delicate nature of this particular flower, although the rest of the bouquet was in excellent condition.

To address the situation, we issued a full refund of the delivery fee and, with your agreement, arranged a complimentary redelivery, which is being delivered today.

We are truly sorry for the experience and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this matter.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam - I ordered flowers and paid for same day delivery. They abandoned delivery on the day due to the Mather’s Day in the USA hence lacking the right flowers for my bouquet . Needless to say I live in the UK and flowers were to be delivered in central London .
They attempted to deliver the next day yet abandoned it again stating that the concierge did not let them in which is not true as no one contacted our concierge and there was also no phone call to the recipient they claimed they had made .
They requested another fee if I would like them to try to deliver the flowers again. I decided I would request a refund but I cannot do so as the famous request refund button on my account on their website does not exists.
So I parted with £129 paying for service that did not exists - I wonder what is the word in English that describes if one takes other’s money under false pretences …

We are very sorry to read your review and for the frustration this experience has caused.

Unfortunately, the specific flowers required for your bouquet went out of stock on the intended delivery date due to the exceptionally high volume of orders during International Women’s Day. We did attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable substitution but did not receive a response.

The following morning, once fresh stock arrived, we prepared your order again and arranged a redelivery. As a gesture of goodwill, the bouquet was upgraded in size and a complimentary box of chocolates was added.

However, when our driver arrived, they were unable to complete the delivery. Multiple attempts were made to contact the recipient via the phone number provided, but these went to voicemail. The driver also received no response via the intercom. Upon speaking with the concierge, they advised they could not grant access or accept the delivery without confirmation from the recipient.

As a result, the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and a notification, including photos, was sent at the time.

Following your call two hours later, we arranged for the order to be collected from one of our stores, however, it was not collected. As the order had already been prepared twice and delivery had been attempted, a £5 redelivery fee was required for a further attempt.

You then requested cancellation of the order, and a full refund was issued accordingly.

We apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

We have checked the delivery notes, and the courier did attempt to call the recipient on the number provided prior to delivery, but unfortunately there was no response from them. The courier then followed up by messaging the sender to advise where the flowers had been safely left.

We absolutely always follow delivery instructions wherever possible, and our couriers do their best to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We would appreciate if you could follow up with the recipient to check whether the calls were received or if the number provided may have been accurate, as this can sometimes help us better understand what happened.

What a lovely oasis in the heart of…

What a lovely oasis in the heart of Temple Fortune. Lovely Olive trees and great colours whilst having a fresh coffee…. A sunny day always helps, but ideal place to buy a plant, bouquet, tree or planter and also good to sit down for a few minutes.

Whilst writing the recent flowers purchased were terrific and lasted over a week, which I always think is a bonus. I forgot to write it up, so thought I would mention now.

Totally disgraceful company

Totally disgraceful company, do not touch them with a bargepole!!!!!
I arrnaged a floral arrangement to celebrate a 98th Birthday for a friend's mother!
The flowers were never delivered, no updates from Flower Station, after my request they just have me a refund, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY!!!!!
