You can not imagine how angry I was…

You can not imagine how angry I was when I ordered a package for my girlfriend for Valentine‘s Day just to realize the most expensive product was missing. I was kinda hopeless reading the reviews, expecting nothing, but still decided to contact the support since it was the only thing I can do. To my surprise they answered after a few days and shipped me the missing product at no additional cost (yes, nothing special but still good knowing some company‘s practices).

The products itself are of fantastic quality and worth the price in my and my girlfriend‘s eyes.

Terrible experience as I was so excited…

Terrible experience as I was so excited and ordered the little angel box set with perfume over $600 dollars! It shows item delivered but it was missing half the items and the makeup box which is the only reason I ordered the full collection was to receive the box! Do not buy from them they will not send what you order and not respond to your email or attempts to contact them!

My order took forever to receive. When received the packaging is adorable but the product is miniscule and highly overpriced. Have emailed 3 times to return and no reply. Do not buy from them.
Finally heard from them and no returns.

If I could give this company zero stars…

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This package came after the expected delivery date. I have emailed the company twice, and I’ve never been given the courtesy of a response. My daughter was so disappointed when she opened up her package it was wet and the mirror to her eyeshadow palette was broken.
Extremely disappointed in this company!

We got the delivery and opened it this Christmas evening, it was a gift for my daughter. She, and we, were very disappointed when opening the package, very many items were missing and it was not at all Moonlight Mermaid All-In Gift Set which we had ordered and confirmed. There was 1 hair clip, no eyeshadow palletes, no lip gloss, no blush, no eyeliner. The delivery was paid by PayPal, how to solve this, will you send a new, full delivery or do you return the money by PayPal?

It’ll never arrive…

I ordered on the 10/27 and now it’s the 7/12 it’s been over a month and no sign of my package whatsoever… will probably never order again, I’m very disappointed, because I spend a lot of my birthday money on this and now I don’t even know if I’ll ever get it. :( If I could, I’d give 0 Stars.

One of the best companies with extreme good support

I was recently introduced to Flower Knows, a Chinese makeup brand, which I discovered through social media platforms such as TikTok. While I usually buy from Korean makeup brands, Flower Knows has truly captured my attention with its exceptional products. Not only are their product designs alike fairy tales, but the quality is also amazing. I have purchased a total of 11 lip products from their collection, divided into two separate orders.

The initial batch of products arrived fast and was nicely packaged, providing ample protection using bubble plastic. As a first-time customer, I was pleasantly surprised to find numerous gifts included in my order. Unfortunately, the second package, scheduled to arrive yesterday, was not delivered due to a mistake by the local postal company responsible for its transportation. The courier failed to attempt to contact me (didn't even try to ring the doorbell and claimed I wasn't home, I was!), and despite it being the initial delivery, my package was returned to Flower Knows. Naturally, I was disappointed and frustrated by this incident, prompting me to file a formal complaint against the company in question (DHL, a company I have had multiple bad experiences with).

Also, in the first batch of products, I encountered one slightly damaged lipstick. Though I am unsure of the cause, possibly a machine error, I immediately notified Flower Knows of the issue. Their response was impressively fast and they offered me two alternatives for resolution: a gift card or a replacement shipment of the same product. Choosing the gift card, I was pleased with the service their response time, and their willingness to provide multiple options. I appreciate that they trusted me without a doubt. As a result, I will continue to buy from FlowerKnows (and have been).

Despite the relatively limited number of reviews on Trustpilot, I strongly recommend FlowerKnows and do check out their Instagram account to get a general outlook on their products. Their products are truly beautiful and good quality. They're also quite affordable and with their many special offers and gifts, it makes it an experience to buy and open!
