Where do I start! I placed a large and expensive order, I did have my worries about the fact it was coming internationally and had backed out from another Chinese company due to awful reviews, however most of the reviews were good on here with about 1 a month negative, which is pretty good for a legitimate business such as this. I did pay for expedited shipping just for peace of mind coming from so far and didn’t want to wait 3 weeks or so. My parcel came in two shipments and I was kept updated throughout in my emails in tracking(something you do request when it was offered) and it arrived via our wonderful Royal Mail which I was so pleased about and relieved as it only had been a few days before receiving the first parcel. Oh what a parcel…my excitement in opening the well packaged item to opening the sturdy decorative gift box I had also paid for was WORTH it! Inside was all the items I had bought in cute card packaging coloured according to the range- mostly I had ordered the shell range so it was pretty baby blue boxes. The quality of the actual eyeshadow compacts, highlighter, blush, the hand held mirror and lipstick was of a beautiful quality and a good weight in my hand. It easily was the most luxurious and prettiest makeup I’ve laid my eyes on! Even my mum was impressed and thinking of buying a set for her photography shoots. She did take a pic too and put it up on her social media and was instantly asked where this makeup was from! Inside with my purchases was also a few extras such as makeup buffs and stickers. The quality of the actual makeup is also a delicious delight, it is of good pigment and each one is embellished with an embossed picture. I received the strawberry perfume today and absolutely enthralled with its delicate fragrance.
I will definitely be buying again and I’m so pleased I could write a lovely review instead of a scathing one if it hadn’t arrived…

My pacage was sended in time in cute pink bag products were in perfect state thanks to pacakiging (I was buying from EU ) I got free stikers and makeup remover patch im very happy and my new order its on its way !

I ordered from Flowerknows during their Summer Sales promotion just to get the Anniversary Gift Box. My cart met the spend requirement before discounts, and the gift was shown at checkout — but it was silently removed from my final order and they proceeded with shipping my order.

There was no clear rule about the threshold being after discounts, and I was never warned. When I contacted support, all I got were AI-generated responses that ignored my experience. I don't believe a real person ever replied.

Eventually they offered a $20 gift card, which doesn’t cover shipping or come close to the value of what I lost — and they refused a refund.

Flowerknows promotions are a scam and their customer service is basically a bot wall. Be careful, you can only have a problem within the first 24 hours of ordering which is insane ex. product issues once shipped are irrelevant to them

EDIT: The company eventually agreed to ship the box after a lot of back and forth.

I ordered during the sale and I got my makeup so quickly. It is always high-quality and gorgeous. I love the formula of the strawberry cupid lip mud. It is so smooth and doesn't make my lips feel dry. It has a light strawberry scent, but not overpowering. I look forward to the next sale.

I love this brand so much, all the makeup is absolutely gorgeous and I recently received my order and it came in perfect condition ( and on the expected time ). It’s clear that the people behind this brand cares for it’s customers and wants to make them happy. I would definitely order from this brand again, and I 100% recommend it. I also love how they give freebies with each order, I recieved 2 sticker sheets and makeup remover wipes for no extra price :)

First of all, the brush I ordered was sub par. It's cheaply made, and just painted plastic. It will not last long. I ordered perfume also-they said to allow 15 days. It took 38 days, and every time I would write the company with concerns, they seemed like they didn't care and shrugged it off. Not one offer to track it, send a replacement, not one bit of concern.

The package came quicker than expected
and the products were really good

I don't mind the amount of time I have to wait for the items to ship, and their customer service is great! I think it'll be better to add a disclaimer that says shipping will be delayed during busy season though...

Ordered 3 lucky bags in the same order, paid approximately 200eur and received duplicates. Those lucky bags don’t come in the prepacked box when you randomly get items, no, each item is handpicked by the employee, so i guess my order was just a way for them to discard less selling items. Thanks for wasting my hard earned money. Guess this is a sign for me to stop supporting flower knows.
