Flower Knows always has great support! They made a mistake with my free gifts and sent me a gift card to re-order them. I told them the amount wasn’t enough to cover the shipping costs so they offered me a larger amount. With this gift card I was able to purchase more items!

The most beautiful makeup I have ever purchased. It looks and feels amazing. Stays on and lasts. The amount of detail they put into the designs is breathtaking. I got hook when I was in Japan, but I'm thankful I found the website so I could order in the United States.

Good quality with most stunning packaging, Flower Knows is my favorite brand! I use it for my everyday makeup.

Customer support is a nightmare first of all. Secondly the prices of these items are too much for the quality. It's mostly appearances, but for right now I'll focus on the customer support since I find that extremely important. One support staff told me they added my missing free gifts (the website glitched pretty bad on their new launch recently and a lot of people didn't even get their free gifts applied to their orders) to my processing order but then I get an email response (I chatted via chat AND email if you're confused) by some other staff saying orders can't have anything added to them after they've been placed and that I'd have to cancel and repurchase? This is my first time purchasing directly from them and its my last. This weird back and forth of being told contradicting things over the past day has made me so exhausted and quite honestly confused about their policies and how they handle situations like these in general. They also need more staff that can understand and speak English well because they ship worldwide and I've had to keep repeating myself and only had my questions answered around 50% of the time. It's better to buy these items cheaper from Chinese resellers.

Make up feels and looks like great quality. Perfumes smell amazing. But it takes forever to ship and the hairbrush I got was misrepresented. Said it was silver plated so I assumed it was metal, it was plastic, and a very cheap feeling plastic at that.

I'll start off with the things I enjoy about the makeup so far: (I got the limited edition, "Strawberry Rococo" set.) The eyeshadow and blush colors are decently pigmented, the glitters/shimmer stay on well, the lip colors are beautiful, the packaging is light-weight and detailed but not cheap looking. The box it goes in is beautiful as well, being made of faux leather. Besides the actual makeup itself, everything else was awful. My mother ordered this for me about 3 weeks before Christmas and it still didn't come until 3 days after. Not only that, but I got 3 of the same lip gloss. I don't know if it was on purpose or not, because they removed any and all details about the set from their website! Like even if its limited edition, there should still be information available on the website. Even though the makeup is beautiful and somewhat useful, I wouldn't order from here again.

The previous order had been a bad experience. We gave them another try and this time everything was perfect. The communication has improved and the products are exceptional.

I’m usually one of those people who only writes a review when somethings gone really bad(!) but I felt compelled to write a positive review about my own experience ordering from Flower Knows after reading all these bad reviews here. It was the complete opposite experience for me - I couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and literacyu squealed with joy the entire time I was opening it all. Everything arrived surprisingly fast despite having to clear customs during the Thanksgiving/Christmas period. I received the package in about a week maybe, but fully expected a month being a package coming all the way from Asia. All the items were in pristine condition and well organised in the box. The only thing I would have liked it better outside packaging protection - its was just in a cardboard box with no bubble wrap or anything. But nothing was broken so can’t really complain there. I bought basically 2 full sets of makeup - eyeshadows, blushes, lipsticks, mirrors, primer.. the lot. I got an absolutely stunning beauty box with it (as part of the Back Friday deal they’d had) and other lovely freebies. The whole experience was above and beyond what I expected so I’m surprised by some of the other experiences on here, which are likely country specific (I’m in the UK fyi). I know sometimes Asian companies have to send orders in multiple packages especially if perfume is involved. So some packages may arrive much later than others. Also with breakages or missing items it sounds they got unlucky with their local courier services. I can’t speak to how their customer service because I had zero complaints. Really, such amazing beauty products and seamless buying experience.

Shipping information online says that orders will be shipped in 3-4 business days with a possible "slight" delay for busy times. It has now been 9 business days since I placed an order and it still has not left their warehouse.

This is a scam. I ordered a polaroid home instant photo booth. Lots of promises that the item was shipped and on its way. When I chased again after 6 weeks they told me the item had been delivered already. I asked for a POD and they gave me a tracking number that doesn't work.

Package was delivered after about 2 weeks, products are nicely packaged and really beautifully designed. Nice quality overall, I’m not sure why there are some bad reviews on here..

Just received my order! I got the moonlight mermaid blush in the shade snow goddess and the swan ballet loose setting powder in the shade flower fairy. It is honestly the most beautiful makeup I have ever had!

My order came on time but I haven’t been able to try them yet as they are a Christmas present that I ordered from my mum. I’m pretty sure they will be amazing though😊

Complete scam. Do not order from here, they will not send you any products and no way to get your money back. Would recommend cancelling whatever card was used to make a purchase from this site as it is a complete phishing scam. Completely illegal

This is a scam company. No delivery of items and have sent several emails asking about delivery. They say its delivered but refuse to name courier company. Said I forget to collect my package. Totally joke. Do not buy anything from this site. It's a scam!!!!

I tried to make a purchase twice, both times the money came out of my account but the details of my card couldn't be confirmed for some reason. The money was returned both times but I'm disappointed because their makeup products are great and I had made purchases from them before in 2022 and 2023 with no problem. I hope they resolve that issue because I did want to buy from there again.

I recently placed my first Flower Knows order and it will not be my last! I had a query and customer service were very fast to respond. I ordered the Swan Ballet all in gift set. My order was processed immediately and shipped very fast. I was provided with tracking information and was able to keep track of my order each step of the way. It also arrived ahead of schedule.

Unfortunately, I was a disappointed as a couple of the items arrived broken. However, I contacted customer service to explain the situation and they responded promptly, apologising and offering a choice of solutions.

I was initially attracted to Flower Knows makeup due to the beautiful packaging. It looks even nicer in person and the quality of the makeup is fantastic. I cannot wait to use it all and buy more products in the future! Thank you Flower Knows

I placed my order on June 25, 2024 and received it on July 10, 2024.
Despite the little information I had about the delivery, it went off without a hitch.
A few free products were added to my order (two perfume samples and a lip balm) and I have to say that I find this very well thought out on their part.

Opening the parcel was very pleasant, the packaging is well thought out and shows off the products well. I was expecting the quality of the products to be basic, but I quickly realized how much attention to detail this brand pays.

So I recommend it, and will no doubt order again one day.
