After spending a day trying to sort out the best and cheapest gas and electricity
deals, I gave up and got Flipper to do the work, this they have done and switched me to a deal with Green Energy . The procedure was quite straight forward
and they let me know all details of the swap including setting up a new direct debit. Up till now I am very pleased with their service.

I have been with Flipper for a number of years. Inputting electricity and gas readings is so much more straightforward than it used to be. Thank you for sorting it out. Excellent customer support.
I've been with Flipper 5 years, and during that time been flipped several times and saved £600.
My last flip was not as straightforward as others, and found myself trying to talk to a company, that could only be contacted via emails, about the flip.
In the end I phoned Flipper and spoke to a customer services, who answered after about 4 rings. They said they would sort it AND that's exactly what happened.

Be very careful who they flip you to
I have been with Flipper for some time and been very happy with them. In February they flipped me from Avro to Green Energy. I was owed £80 refund from Avro as my account was in credit. That was 3 months ago and I am still awaiting payment. I have contacted Flipper on 4 occasions to get this sorted with no joy.

I have been with Flipper a couple of years and have been flipped twice. each time was painless, I used to change suppliers myself but not nearly as successful as with Flipper. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and any problems I may have are sorted out with one phone call. Would recommend them and do.

Brilliant. A clever business that actually helps people do what they want to do—save money (while giving energy customers the peace of mind of knowing they’re on the lowest possible tariff), and also helping the environment by allowing customers to specify that they only want energy from green energy suppliers—all without hassle, and for a modest fee.
