Joining Flipper - my best Energy ‘Switch’
Joining Flipper is the best ‘move’ I’ve ever made in connection with my Energy contracts.
The modest annual charge is a small price to pay for getting the best ‘deal’ for me and my Pensioner’s budget.
Also, gone is the nightmare of trying to deal with slippery Customer Service systems compared to which the simple Flipper online email experience is a real ‘dream’!

Despite the electricity suppliers making the transfer difficult due to their error, Jonny at Flipper was a diamond and help the switch go through smoothly. I feel confident we are using reputable suppliers and are using the best tariff for our level of usage.

When I telephoned Flipper for help, the call was answered very quickly -- unlike most companies where I have to wait for a long time. The man I spoke to was very helpful and is even going to call back later for more information.

I have only just joined Flipper.
I have only just joined Flipper, so it may be too early to judge. However all contact so far, has been both very helpful and professional.
I am still receiving post from my previous supplier, who managed to confuse my meter readings totally, (one reason I moved to Flipper) which is yet to be resolved...?
I look forward to easier communication with Flipper.

They've even helped me obtain an Economy 7 meter to make the most of my new night storage heaters!

Always helpful, easy to get through.

If you ever get problems with the various energy suppliers these people will help.
