Awful app, they don't reply to emails ( their email response is literally "we don't reply to emails", chat bot is just a bit not a human, the app doesn't work unless child has their mobile data on, we live in the countryside so 9 times out of 10 there's no signal, asked for a refund to be told they don't do refunds, last time I checked if you sell a service that doesn't work you have to refund. Don't buy it!!

I like this app but I am unable to name my children. I use the free version. Can anyone help me?

I use this app for almost 5 years and it has never disappointed me. It is very reliable in tracking my daughter's whereabouts.

The customer service agents are also very professional and helpful. I have had the chance to speak to Michael and Lisa and both were excellent at sorting out my situation.

Find My Kids, keep up the excellent work!

In general terms I am satisfied with the app so I paid for a lifetime subscription.
Of course there are some minor issues but this app is updated really often. I've tried a couple of similar apps and I believe it's better. Recently I found out that there is a web service available (beta mode) that works really good and it is very convenient. Customer service is EXCELLENT.

Excellent customer service. Watch was in the drawer for a few months and when we took out to start using again we couldn't connect to app. This was sorted by support team with minutes and outside normal working hours. Can't fault the service at all.

Lisa has been really helpfully on the app chat tonight with myself and my subscription. Thank you

App works well. One issue with profiles. Excellent online customer service. Problem resolved.

This is a great App. Helps me to feel MORE comfortable with my son being outside.

I received outstanding support from Julia on 12.25.21. Where my son had lost his phone, and I needed to delete the old profile for the lost phone. I sent a message for help, with no expectations of getting an answer do to the Holiday.

Boy was I wrong! I received a reply from Julia within 3 minutes, and she resolved my issue right away.

Have had this app for a while and apart from a couple of teething issues at the beginning it has worked really well. At the end of the free period and when offered a deal on black Friday I signed up for a lifetime subscription. This greatly enhanced the app and the full use was available. Today, I went to log in and the app is not recognising that I have an account and is asking me to sign up sending me new verification codes.

It's a very excellent application.
Not only for his features, but for the employees to answer questions and help.
I deleted the application from my device and I couldn't re-subscribe after installing it, so i told them about the problem and they immediatly solved it and now i have my subscription back without having to pay again. That's why they deserve a 5 Star review in my opinion.

Highly sophisticated application with a number of original functions and reliable technical support. It allows the user comfortable control over the minor and reliable communication even in situations where a mobile call cannot be used. I rate the application as excellent.

Ive had this app for a while, to keep track of 2 of my children. Since its been updated, i can no longer follew the location they are in. Ive looked tonite to see where my daughter is and last location was 10.07 thos morning.. i pay for a subscription for this app and its not doing the job anymore.

Downloaded the app last night, first day of my daughter walking home from school and the app dropped out for both me and my wife after 5 minutes or so. Rang her and she is fine but, this is the one thing this app is designed to do. It has to be accurate and robust otherwise it has the adverse affect and instils panic rather than reassurance.

I've had this app for over a year, paid for. Its intermittent to say the least which is NOT ideal for a location app. I have tried everything to make it more of a 'live' experience. I should be able to see where my son is, not where is was 35 minutes ago!! It really isn't good so disappointing.

It's fantastic app. I am using this from last 2 years. Now I have parental peace of mind as I can see live location of my daughter and listen her surrounding voice.
Find my Kids gives you option to create zone also, I get notification when she leaves that particular zone. Perfect technology, never hanged and smart service.

The app is really helpful for a parent and delivers exactly what it promises: It gives accurate location information about kids’ whereabouts, sends important notifications & updates, and generally gives me peace of mind about my loved ones. I also enjoy the chat function and the tasks and activities I can set up to teach responsibility and independence.

Find My Kids is a great parenting app. It helps me keep track on my kids at all times and not going around wondering about what games they play, where they are and so on. It always shows where they are on the live map, and the positioning is great. Ialso get notifications when they leave places of interest, and I get the notifications at the time they leave or enter places, not minutes later. Really recommend Find My Kids!
