Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish! Have paid extra for certain services which are not available on iPhone so a complete waste of money. This should be made clear when you are parting with your cash! Never tracks properly either. Says my child is currently at home when he's not so that's completely useless! This happens all the time so it's not fit for purpose. Will be using live 360 in future. Wish I never wasted my time or money on this app.

Was such a great app initially and…

Was such a great app initially and accurate but since the upgrade it awful. It gets stuck, doesn't update for a long time regarding my son's location so quite useless and not fit for purpose. It also doesn't show his journey but updates way after the fact.

Worked ok at the beginning........

Worked ok at the beginning........
It started off good, I was able to track both my kids, listen in if I needed to and most importantly restrict access to Apps to allow down time.
Then within weeks nothing but the GPS worked. I tried to get some help but all they have is an onine chat service (powered by what appears to be bots) that get back to you hours after your post. Such a waste of time and money and could their customer service leave alot to be desired!

lost all info on my app and it stopped working, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but all it keeps doing is trying to add me to the account so family can see where I am ? And I can't see either maps where my kids are ? Tried contacting the so called 24/7 and just get a automated bot asking questions irrelevant to what I need,

I used the app normally

I used the app normally. Wanting to have additional access I paid the monthly fee and since then I can't do anything. Only see the child's apps. I can't wake it up, send a strong signal or change the settings. Too bad the money I gave.. I would like it back. Really.
Everything has disappeared, the child makes the settings on his own and I can't change anything. I just threw my money away. What a shame. I could have done more before I paid.

Find My Kids rip off

A yearly renewal came off my account for £48.99 (28/12/2025) and because I had no prior warning and did not recognise it I queried with my bank , they put a reversal on it until investigated (31/12/25), in the meantime obviously the app did not work so I re-newed at £60. The bank came back to me on 21/01/26 saying it was a legit payment and then re charged me the £48 back to Find my kids! so now i have paid £108 to them. Have now contacted them via the useless chat people on the app on numerous occasions explaining and sending screen shots of my account showing charge/recersal/charge...they refuse to understand it saying THEY refunded me on th 5/01/26! They are liars! that was the reversal from the bank ! when I show them this and the final payment from the bank on the 21/01/26 they say 'where is the google trasaction code for the 21st! there is not one as it is the bank!!! They still refuse to refund me! (the fact they should refund the £60 and not the £48 is another moral story!). They have my contact number/email etc but to date will not speak to me only on the chat (They respond at 2am in the morning my time and because I dont respond after a few hours close the chat down as completed and I have to start the process all over again!) Do not use them as they are crooks!

The issue is that this app only works…

The issue is that this app only works half the time. Says my child is off line, when Infact he is never off line and I have checked multiple times and this app is never changed alway turned on correctly. The way to improve is to fix whatever issue is happening so that it will work as it is supposed to and how people expect it to considering it is a paid app!

Accuracy

Do you actually contact the app to inquire about the complaints!! If you do my issues are still unresolved. It location is accurate most of the time it just arrives 10/15 minutes late which is very upsetting.

App blocking not working

I've got care plus plan on top of premium, so I can block my kid's excessive use of social media apps and phone games and prevent him uninstalling Pingo, but I can see in usage that he's still able to use some phone games and even some Instagram even tho it's blocked...??? Also he can easily disable the Pingo Draw over other apps setting and it constantly warns me on my phone that I will not be able to send Loud signal because of that. I'm sick of resetting it. The kid can easily disable Pingo over other apps, but in order for me to set it again to draw over I got to Disable Removal protection first and then enable it again.. what's the point of Care plus plan if it doesn't work??
I only put 3 stars because his usage did go down somewhat but still there shouldn't be any usage of apps that are blocked..

Doesn't track my child

I downloaded this app. For my child going to and from school. I added myself. My wife and my son. My sons tracking kept failing in the middle of his journey. So I cant see were he is. Its a waste of money for me.

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. We’re very sorry for the difficulties you’ve had — especially with geotracking. Most likely, some settings aren’t allowed on your kid’s phone, which is why their location isn’t updating.

Please open your kid’s app and allow all the permissions it’ll ask. This should help to always see their location.

I like find my kids

I like find my kids, but there are some nuances as every time I go into the app, I am just trying to find my kids location and find advertisements right on the main screen, which is annoying. I have to figure out every time how to minimize them so I can see the map. Suggest a notification icon for those that want to find out more instead of taking up half the screen.

Bad business practices

I was charged the annual renewal fee without any notification. I thought that removing my card info would prompt them to reach out to me for payment, but they extracted the monies from my bank account through Cash App! And then it was charged to Google Play. I thought my account was hacked and went through a lot of trouble only for my bank to have to investigate and figure out it was Find My Kids. I'm pissed! Why not just send an email or something letting me know it's time to renew?
