James Enright was nothing short of amazing in my dealings through this company getting a car loan financed. He was professional, courteous and worked hard. He made me feel at ease during the process and kept me constantly updated on the process and was always friendly and put my mind at ease.
I was very satisfied with the rate I received, however it is important to know that the advertised lowest rate isn't available to everyone even if you believe you have an excellent credit rating.
There was also the unexpected discovery that Fido are a fee for service business, which increased the loan amount unexpectedly. This in no way changed my personal experience with James as he did his job to an exceptional standard, however I don't feel that the information on the website is particularly transparent around this fact and could be made more obvious. My understanding, was that they were like most other brokerages, where it is free to the customer and the bank/lender institutions pay commissions.
I still believe my overall experience with James as my finance broker was worth the 5 stars, despite these shortcomings of the current business.

Was a easy straight forward process without hassle

Even with a variety of issues from outside sources and the out of the box request that was presented Jordan and his Fido team managed to find a solution and communicate between all parties to find a resolution that was amicable to everyone involved.

Chelsea is great to deal with. She got me the best finance deal. Excellent communication from her as well

Always helping out customer with paperwork if it’s not properly done

My broker Liam gave me excellent service. The best thing about the procedure was his prompt replies and keeping me informed of the steps i was required to fulfill. Great job Fido..keep up the great work.

Jordan was amazing and wonderful and sorted everything out for me. There was nothing to small or big that he wouldn't tackle for me and i felt supported the whole process! I wouldn't hesitate to go through them again when i need my next car sorted!

Fido made the process of organising finance for my new car so easy. Jacq helped with everything, including chasing up the car dealer for a tax invoice. She also got me a great rate with the ability to pay the loan off earlier with no exit fee.
