Trick pricing?

Your website charged me a higher price for the product I ordered than was listed. I replied to your confirmation email, asking about it and I still haven’t heard back nearly 24 hours later.

Ripped contacts constantly

In the beginning, this company was great. But like all good things, must come to end. So did this. I've ordered 2 boxes in a matter of 2 months. And NOT DAILY ONES! The ones that are supposed ro last a cpl. weeks... I don't know what's going on in the warehouse dept. If maybe they let a few boxes get contaminated but people are what make your business prosper. You mess that up, and people will also make your business plummet. Please do better. Thank you.

Charged a lot to return

Within 30 days I returned 6 unopened boxes of Acuvue Oasis contacts that blurred my vision. EZ charged me 12.95 for shipping them back even though I immediately ordered 8 boxes of Acuvue 2 contacts from them. They are quick to ship orders which I appreciate.

After reviewing the case, our team had requested photos of the contact lens boxes containing the defective lenses, including the lot number and lens power, and, if possible, an image of a damaged lens so we could properly assess the issue. However, we did not receive a follow-up response with the requested details.

Excellent customer service

I called to cancel my subscription and order because there was a Mother’s Day sale. The gentleman on the call was kind, professional, and able to get me a great deal on my contacts! I’ve called before and I’ve always had excellent customer service.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I honestly regret buying from EZContacts.
This was my first purchase with the company, and it will definitely be my last.
I bought these sunglasses as a Mother’s Day gift because the website advertised a shipping timeframe of 2–5 days. The payment was processed immediately, so naturally I assumed the item was actually in stock, More than 10 days later, the order was still sitting in “processing” status with absolutely no proactive communication from the company. I had to contact customer service myself just to find out what was happening.
Only then did they admit that they were still waiting to receive the product from the manufacturer. In other words, they sold an item they did not actually have available.
Had they been transparent from the beginning, I would have simply chosen another model that was in stock. Instead, they accepted the order, stayed silent, and wasted valuable time for a purchase that was meant to be a gift.
What makes this even worse is that after all the delays, the only solution they offered was “expedited shipping,” which completely misses the point. The problem is not the shipping speed — the problem is selling products without real availability and failing to communicate honestly with customers.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Was told 3-5 business days - waited OVER a month and the order never got past “processing” was given BS excuses over and over again until I finally cancelled my order.

Never order from them.

Dishonest theifs

Took my money never sent me any contacts and refuse to refund my money. Very dishonest unreliable company customer service people are very rude and will lie to you and drag things out
