I am incredibly happy with my new glasses. My prescription was spot on, and I was given prompt updates about my order when I asked. I was especially impressed by the price and the speed at which my order was delivered. Irene was extremely helpful whenever I needed to contact costumer service. Highly recommend.

I rarely ever leave reviews. This time was an exception to share with anyone working with Select Eyewear to purchase glasses.
I worked with Analyssa and I have to say the experience was so refreshing. Someone who actually cared about providing quality customer service. A concept that is so rare these days it’s like something prehistoric.
I’ve never purchased glasses, frames, lenses anything of the kind online. Although I like to speak with a live person, Analyssa was very responsive via text.
Also, when I asked for an itemized receipt to send to my insurance company she sent it right away. Also explained the break down to me.
I highly recommend Select Eyewear as your go to website for this type of purchase.

Once I recieved my frames, within a reasonable amount of time I realized that this company does care 100% because of the time they put forth in reaching out to me and the service I recieved too.
I placed my order over a month ago (2/19/26), and their customer service confirmed it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. It has been well over a month, and multiple phone calls and emails after the three week mark have gone unanswered. I even requested a refund for goods I paid for but have not received, and that was ignored. It's as though the company is literally just taking the money and running. I had success with them about 1.5yrs ago, but something has changed. I also submitted a dispute with my credit card in an attempt to get some kind of refund, but I will never do business with this company again.
Hi. My order #28173 the item was not in stock. It took 6 days for them to tell that to me. I replied I wanted a different color but they are impossible to get back. Their phone system doesn't work nor does their email.

This company sells products they don’t have in stock. They also lack timely communication. Whatever you order will likely be on back order only you won’t know nor will they tell you. If you do place an order don’t expect it to arrive anytime soon. Zero transparency. Super lame company

I found the frames at a local optical store. Their price with lenses was a hard no. I googled the brand and Select Eyewear popped up. Their price for the frames and lenses were significantly less than the store. I researched Select and felt comfortable enough to order. Ordering was easy. No issues at all. The glasses arrived within a week of my order. They are perfect and look great. I wholeheartedly recommend Select.

I am skeptical about online shops that sell sunglasses. I contacted Alec before I decided to make the purchase and at this stage, one would think he would divulge if an item was out of stock. No. He did not do his due diligence and behaved as though he had the sunglasses in hand ready to ship and answered all my other questions about authenticity and condition quickly.
I then placed an order and replied and asked for a shipment date. 24 hours later - no response. I sent a follow up. 48 hours later - no response. I sent a final follow up intending to take further action if there was no response. Mind you this was at the 72 hour mark. He then responded some 10 hours later saying he only "just called the supplier" (what after 3 days?? - what sort of customer service is that??) and it was out of stock.
He then told me to accept another colour. I already told him I had that colour at least 3 emails before that. He was not paying any attention or caring. Just wanted to sell me any sunglasses. I then asked for a refund and was offered a discount code to buy something else again.
No thanks, the trust is broken and this proved to me that the customer service is so bad. Why are you even selling products you do not have stock and why did you not tell me this upfront when you knew what I wanted to buy and I gave you ample opportunity to check the stock levels before allowing me to purchase it??
It may not be a scam in its full form but it is still a form of informal scamming to me. For this reason I will not purchase here again. I purchased from an Italian online store who went and contacted the supplier first before confirming anything with me and who replied to me immediately . That is the sort of shop you want to buy from, not this one who screws you around only to tell you four days later it is not in stock.
The price was by far the best by like 30$. Worth the wait. 😬👍🏼

I made a huge mistake ordering my sunglasses from Select Eyewear.

I paid $35 AUD to post them back to the USA. I have now been charged another $40 postage, restocking fee and taxes and have been refunded $195 of the original $$259. $136 out of pocket, plus my return postage fee
I have been calling this company to check on my order. I just canceled my order I call I email no reply no worry's tho.I filed A dispute with my bank I will my money back. But I will never use this company again. The customer service is horrible.
Had an issue with a frame, got a return label, sent the frames back to re-make, and never got anything back.
Plus the rest of my order was never shipped.
Of course, I was fully charged for everything. Currently trying to get a refund.
Update: Got a refund with a credit card chargeback, this was 2+ months of back-and-forth.
Customer service was awesome! Paid so much less than going to my regular optometry. Lenses and frame were as described and promised. Def shopping here againnn. :)
