Once you figure out how to get in not your fault I'm a little slow on computers . It's pretty easy to do know just waiting for order to arrive. Hope it goes well.

Rebate offers would be nice added touch

Everything was great! Price, fast free shipping and variety. The only thing I wish the company would offer or request from the various vendors is the national rebates that are available to customers of optical stores.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses >1 week…

Ordered a pair of sunglasses >1 week ago and they have not even been shipped yet because Ezcontacts never had the glasses they sold to me in the first place. They are now guiding at 3-7 business days for them to potentially receive them and who knows how long for then to get to me. So 3-4 weeks at a minimum just for a simple pair of sunglasses that I have already paid for. Not worth the hassle.

1.5 months for 1 pair

Waited 3 weeks for glasses because the company was on “holiday”. They didn’t fit. Sent them back, got an email it was received a week later and they were processing my credit, since I only asked for an exchange. After a week an a half for waiting for the credit I called in. The person on the other line asked me if I wanted the funds returned and I said no I asked for a store credit (how did she not know that when that’s what I specially clicked during the return process). I got my store credit immediately. After I ordered glasses I waited 9 days while they were “processing”. I called them and was told there was an issue sending them to the lab so they didn’t send them until 8 days after order was placed. It’s now a month and 2 weeks since I placed my first order and I just want my dang glasses. Worst online eye glass company ever. Go to warby Parker or glassesusa for quick and seamless online glasses ordering.

Fast delivery

Good communication, fast delivery.
But I had to re-enter all of my contact/shipping/payment info , which used to be linked to my email.
This made the ordering process more tedious than in the past.

Trick pricing?

Your website charged me a higher price for the product I ordered than was listed. I replied to your confirmation email, asking about it and I still haven’t heard back nearly 24 hours later.
