I called to cancel my subscription and order because there was a Mother’s Day sale. The gentleman on the call was kind, professional, and able to get me a great deal on my contacts! I’ve called before and I’ve always had excellent customer service.
I honestly regret buying from EZContacts.
This was my first purchase with the company, and it will definitely be my last.
I bought these sunglasses as a Mother’s Day gift because the website advertised a shipping timeframe of 2–5 days. The payment was processed immediately, so naturally I assumed the item was actually in stock, More than 10 days later, the order was still sitting in “processing” status with absolutely no proactive communication from the company. I had to contact customer service myself just to find out what was happening.
Only then did they admit that they were still waiting to receive the product from the manufacturer. In other words, they sold an item they did not actually have available.
Had they been transparent from the beginning, I would have simply chosen another model that was in stock. Instead, they accepted the order, stayed silent, and wasted valuable time for a purchase that was meant to be a gift.
What makes this even worse is that after all the delays, the only solution they offered was “expedited shipping,” which completely misses the point. The problem is not the shipping speed — the problem is selling products without real availability and failing to communicate honestly with customers.
Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I paid for my Ray-Ban glasses on February 23, 2026, and three months later I am STILL waiting for my order. During this time, I have sent more than 20 emails and made countless phone calls trying to get a real answer from this company.
Every single time, they tell the same story: “problems with Ray-Ban,” “issues with the supplier in Italy,” and “please wait another 1–2 weeks.” Over and over again. At this point, it honestly feels like excuses instead of professional customer service.
What is even more frustrating is how impossible it is to reach anyone with actual authority or decision-making power. The managers never solve anything, and the customer support experience has been a complete nightmare.
Waiting THREE MONTHS for a pair of glasses is absolutely unacceptable in 2026. Especially when these exact Ray-Ban glasses are available in countless stores all over Houston. So please don’t tell customers the product is impossible to get.
This experience has been a huge disappointment and a total waste of time, energy, and trust. I am still waiting for my glasses only to see how this story finally ends, but honestly, I have completely lost confidence in this company.
Be careful, friends. I sincerely do NOT recommend EZContacts to anyone.

Easy ordering frames! Website is very easy to manage and lets you try on frames digitally ! Also shipping updates are very useful! This will be my second time ordering!
I purchased glasses from EZ Contacts in January, and the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. When the glasses arrived, the lenses were loose, wobbly, and not properly secured in the frame. I sent them back for repair/exchange, and it took approximately 6–8 weeks to get them returned to me.
Unfortunately, when they finally came back, the problem was still not fixed. The lenses were still loose and unstable. I didn’t want my son to have to go another 6–8 weeks without glasses he needs in order to see, so we tried to make them work anyway. Not long after, the lenses fell out again.
I eventually took the glasses to a local optical shop, where I was told the lenses had not been cut to the correct size for the frames in the first place, meaning the glasses were defective from the start.
What makes this even more frustrating is the extremely long turnaround time for exchanges and repairs. It almost feels designed to discourage customers from continuing the exchange process because of how long you’re expected to wait. Had I sent them back a second time, my son would have potentially gone nearly 3 additional months without the glasses he relies on daily.
I expected much better quality control and customer service. Instead, I spent months dealing with a defective product that was never properly corrected.
