Experience It Now Travel Reviews 

Over the years I have used various travel agents, but none have been as professional and customer caring as Experience It Now. Chloe from the Peacehaven branch has been outstanding, easy to contact via phone or email and always willing to help. The Safari holiday we booked came in at the best price and also included lounge access as a little extra, to top it off we received a nice thank you note and chocs too, amazing! Thank you Chloe, from Dom & fam.

Hiya, we booked a holiday through Experience it Now and we're super excited about it. Unfortunately, our circumstances changed and we weren't able to go. But the level of support and attention and help we were shown by Georgia was unbelievable. She helped us find a solution that works for us and I now have two excited children looking forward to their first flight on a plane. We haven't been the easiest customers but nothing has been too much. In particular, the personalised, professional communications have been prompt and exemplary. I won't use another travel company again. Any company can appear competent when things go right but it is what happens when things go wrong that makes a company stand out from the rest.

I was recommended by a friend to visit experience it now travel (peacehaven branch). I wanted to book New York for my 50th birthday next year. On arrival at the shop I met with Chloe, I explained I wanted to go to New York and with her kindness and knowledge we booked our break.
I have been so happy with the friendly service I’ve received. Chloe has been so informative and patient making sure that I was going to get the best from my holiday. I have used email to correspond as well as visiting the shop, I want to say both Chloe & her colleague Ellie are so efficient in their replying.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone wanting that happy friendly and human experience to booking their next holiday.

We went into the travel agents for advice on flights to Australia. Julia was very knowledgeable as she had been there. She gave us different options for stopovers and prices. She was friendly and efficient and rang me several times with information. We would definitely use her again. Thanks for your help.

All the staff at Seaford branch are wonderful and go over and beyond. Especially Georgia, she helped me so much with picking out my holiday that she made sure she could find me the best deal. She’s very patient and understanding.

The moment I came in to ask for some advise the girls were really good Chloe H came over and politely asked if she could watch as she is new which I agreed to. When coming in the second time Chloe H stood up with a smile and great welcome remembering that I came in the other day she sat with the other lady watching her go through details and then took me over to her computer and continued to apologise as she was new and the system was a bit slow. Very lovely, helpful and polite ladies I appreciate your help today

Kim paid every attention to detail to ensure there was a smooth transfer from Heathrow to Toronto and Quebec to pick up our cruise ship.
