I have been using the Seaford branch of this company for several years now and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to accomodate your holiday booking. They also undertake any documentation required for the holiday which I find very helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering booking a holiday.

We found that Chloe was extremely helpfull as we had
no idea about cruising, only where we wanted to go,
She took the time and trouble to choose and book the
cruise that we felt was best for us. We could not have

With all U A E holidays in March cancelled as a result of the middle east war we had to act quickly in order to re book our special holiday for Pamela's 80th in April
We decided on Agadir Marocco so gave new dates and 5 hotels to Seaford Experience It Now Travel to do further research
Julie Kim and Nikki produced answers speedily and we all made adjustments and compromises and booked our 2nd choice hotel the Riu Palace with sociable flight timings so we are absolutely delighted to be celebrating Pamela's birthday in Agadir in April
As seats on aircraft were at a premium as you can imagine we were pleased with the speedy helpful response and friendliness shown to us in confirming this booking quickly

Our consultant ( Renae ) was always very helpful, supportive and prompt in responding to our questions and in endeavouring to find us exactly the right sort of accommodation and location.
She was also very patient and understanding in respect of our tweaks to itinerary and timings etc.over a period of time in finding the right holiday for us . Holiday isn’t until May but experience of booking/choosing has been excellent.

We have booked 3 holidays now through Chloe.
She is always friendly and professional.
She listens to what we need for our family and goes out of her way to make sure she gets the booking right,

Fantastic service. Went above and beyond to find us a great deal for a holiday in Eygpt. They are always on hand to answer questions and make sure our travel requirements are always met.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and kept us well informed before our departure. And, they’re very local too!

Chloe and Katie could not have done more to ensure that our holiday booking went smoothly. This is the 2nd holiday booked through the Peacehaven branch and we have been more than satisfied on both counts

Chloe was extremely helpful, going the extra mile to get us a great deal. she spoke to the operator and explained that we had been promised some money off due to the ship being damaged in severe weather. the time period for this had expired but she negotiated some additional on board spend for us

Could not fault chloes service at the peacehaven branch. She was extremely patient, nothing was too much trouble. She provided an absolute 1st class ****service, took all the hassle out of my hands that comes with booking a holiday and made it simple and easy! We have now booked 4 holidays at the Langley branch. Tracey and Hannah are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help us. We love personal approach and would rather deal with people face to face

We always book our holidays and mini breaks at the Langney branch. Tracey couldn't be more helpful and always goes out of her way to get us what we want (even though we often leave it until the last minute!!). There is always such a calm and friendly atmosphere and we couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you for everything!

Went in to Langney branch and booked our first ever cruise. Alison couldn’t have been more helpful, she explained everything we needed to know and reassured us that she would be available to help at any time until our cruise. Thank you so much.

We popped into the Langney, Eastbourne branch to get advice for a city break to Porto to celebrate our son's 21st Birthday. Tracey made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time with us asking our requirements and searching and going through various options. We never felt rushed.
We chose a hotel and Tracey developed a package for us including private transfers.
A great service, which resulted in a great holiday :-)
