Everything has gone smoothly so far, it was easy to join and the price is very competitive, I am looking forward to EveryPaw looking after my four legged friend.

It was a lovely experience chatting to Ang about my pet insurance policy. She was very polite and professional and fun to chat too. I’m glad I have decided to insure my dog with Everypaw Insurance.

At renewal, my premium increased, and I found a reputable insurer offering higher coverage at a lower price. I called after receiving a message suggesting there may be an offer available. During the call, I clearly explained my reason for leaving; however, this was not addressed. Instead, the focus shifted to unrelated points about potential pre-existing conditions, despite my confirming my cat has had no issues and I have made no claims.
The policy was then cancelled without any meaningful attempt to match or discuss the value I had found elsewhere. I also declined the voucher offered, as it did not provide overall benefit.
As an business you should value genuine efforts to retain customers, and unfortunately this interaction did not reflect that.

Absolute joke ,fraud of a company, stay clear.
7 years I have been with them and cancelled today as they refused to pay out on the only claim I have ever submitted, 36 pages of terms and conditions to wiggle Thier way out of paying, Animal friends on the other hand have been brilliant with my other dog. If only 1 person chooses not to use everypaw after reading this then job done.

No dramas or unreasonable delays at all in assessing and paying our claim direct to our vet and a continuation claim was accepted and paid within 5 days. Very impressed

I have made 2 claims for the same condition. Both claims were paid out very quickly. To submit the claims online was very quick and easy. They sent texts/emails to update me along the way, and the money paid into my bank account within days.
For example- claim logged Tuesday night 8pm. I received a SMS Wednesday 8am to confirm receipt of claim. Then by Thursday 5:15pm I received another SMS to confirm payment has been made and will be in my account within 5 days. I have logged in online to view the claims letter and all good. Thank you!

Sneak price increases even on the much advertised ‘life policies’ during auto-renewals. £420 for a 3 year old cat with no claims.
