i had my dog insured part of the policy was a payment on end of life, Just rang them to be told this only applies up to the age of 8 my previous dealings with the company have been very good but people need to be aware this exclusion is in the small print, Most dogs do survive longer than 8 years of age,

Excellent customer service. Quick and easy to deal with my claim. We lost our dog just after Christmas. They were very helpful and gave advice on what to do. Kept me updated on the portal. Even sent a card of sympathy. Definitely recommend.

It was very easy and quick to insure my pet. It was cheaper than my last insurance.

Easy to set up for multiple pets, only been with them for around a year-18 months, and to be honest, they've been great so far. Their portal is amazing, easy to use, an app would be nice though rather than a site. Not needed to claim yet so can't comment on that aspect, I do hope not to need to! But glad to have it as a backup! Vet visits cost a fortune! Even for bunnies!

Terrible company. They refused to pay out for my cats treatment which was covered in the plan and one of their staff double checked confirming the treatment was covered. They went by information they saw on the medical history, then proceeded to withhold the medical history once I asked for it. The vets gave me the medical history which conflicted their statement which they are still ignoring. It’s been 7 months since I made the claim and it’s still ongoing. The effort and time constantly chasing them is not worth it. Currently going to the ombudsman with this case. When you first sign up them, they seem good and might pay out straight away on your first claim but when you’ve been a loyal customer over the years this is how they repay you. Don’t waste your time or money.

Sadly we had to make the difficult descion to have our 13 year old dog euthanised just before Christmas. Th
Everypaws monthly premiums doubled last year and then went up another £100 a month this year to over £250 a month. We checked they would contribute to his cremation before his death and they said they would pay £200 towards it. The cost for an individual cremation is £321, which means we would have got his ashes to scatter. However, they contacted us after he died to say that they will not pay out, as he was too old! How cruel. Won't use them again. Please check your small print.

I’ve been with every paw since 2019 and they have been such a fantastic support and helped me through illness with my dog which I will be forever grateful for. Absolutely brilliant service in all aspects and I would highly recommend to anyone insuring their pet

Unfortunately our dog developed a serious condition and was in great pain which necessitated a referral to a specialist vet practice. It was discovered that she would need a complex operation on her spine. Everypaw were very efficient on settling the costs directly with the vet practice once I had made the claim and I am very happy with the service provided. I would recommend this company.

I was recommended to every paw insurance by friends and family that have their pets covered by the company.
Hopefully we don’t need to use it but it gives us peace of mind that we have good cover plan just in case. The cover we choose was at the level we required and competitive cover costs.

Very quick and easy to claim, plus the app was really good too.

My dog bashed her face in July - requiring three visits to the vet. I put my claim in for the cumlative treatment in August... five months later still waiting. Everypaw asked for evidence of the three visits all pertaining to the same issue - even though I'd already sent them the invoices showing it was all to do with her bashed face. They then had to contact the vet to ask the same thing - even though the invoices had come from the vet. They then needed to contact the vet for further medical history... she bashed her face, plain and simple... It's not even a very a big claim. Maybe I've just been unlucky, but this is the worst pet insurance experience I've had. Won't be renewing with this lot, that's for sure.

No interaction since policy purchased no documents sent

I had been a loyal customer of Everypaw since 2023 for the insurance of my dog. During this time, my premium has increased by 90% over this period. I contacted Everypaw to discuss my renewal and was essentially given some sales flannel that pricing would increase every year due to the underwriter considering the risk as the animal gets older. Note that during this time, I made no claims on the policy!
Bottom line, Everypaw do not seem interested in loyal customers and will continue to what I consider, fleece them, at every renewal opportunity.

Every Paw have been fantastic. It's bad enough when your loved family pet is poorly, but knowing your pet insurance are there supporting you all the way is one less worry. Their prompt settlement for treatment is also another thing to remove additional stress. I can't sing their praises enough, and for an extremely reasonable premium. 😊

Why is the emergency number not sent with policy confirmation.? This is a critical piece of info in the event of an accident
