Wrong size delivery
Most of the orders were fine however I got a wrong size. I ordered small and medium arrived. I got free delivery with my order but the return shipping should have been paid by me.

Very disappointed
The items we received were of very poor quality for the price (threads all over the place on the two dresses we ordered, poor finishing...). Items returned on 12 May. The parcel was indicated as delivered on the 19th and since then I have never had any follow-up or confirmation from the company regarding the refund. The emails I have sent have gone unanswered. Very disappointed.

Great quality, fast shipping
Shipping from Turkey to the Netherlands. Was taken out as an "exception" at customs, but was still very fast with transparent communication. Quality and sizing both really good. Some of my favorite items come from this store! Not the same basics like any other store. Great!

Disapointing
Jacket on the website looked very nice. But in a real life quality was really bad. Threads are going out in many places. Material is very thin. And there was a one lace missing in a sleeve. I think that the type of material is too thin for the jacket and with such a one you are loosing totally the shape and form. I think it is also not ok to ask a customer to pay for return delivery. I had to pay 5 EUR for DHL package, print the labels, mail confirmation etc. Probably my last experience with the shop.

Beautiful dress
I ordered this dress apprehensively, as I have been scammed by supposed ‘fashion companies’ who advertise on Facebook in the past.
BUT! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dress delivered. The cut and fabric was beautiful, and the price was extremely reasonable. I will order from them again.

So-so experience
Instant dispatch, very quick delivery. However, quality of the clothing slightly lower than expected. While these materials might be fine to wear in autumn in Turkey, they are very thin and not exactly suitable to wear in Lithuania, so I am a bit disappointed as I used season filters when ordering, yet will have to wait for summer 2023 to wear the dresses. My bad, I did not realise the manufacturer was based in Turkey.
