There was a Problem with delivery and after a mail from my side the company reacted quick to solve that.
I would appreciate, if the parcels where much smaller, so they fit in my own post box….most of the dresses are small and the wrapping so big…👍✌️

After 8 months still waiting on my refund!!! The first time they said that they didn’t received it, but I had a confirmation mail which it says they received my return!! After forwarding this email to them, they wanted to investigate by asking their depot. I’m still waiting after several reminders. Shame on you Touche Prive!!

I wanted to return my order because the quality of the items is very poor and not as expected. My return request was approved, but no return label or return form was included in the package. The instructions clearly state that these should be inside the parcel, which makes it impossible for me to complete the return.
The provided return instructions are incomplete and unclear, and without a return label I simply do not know how or where to send the package back. I have also tried contacting customer service, but it feels like no response is coming back.
At this point, I am still unable to return my order or receive my refund. Very frustrating experience and disappointing customer service.

I was very happy with the jacket I purchased so I ordered it in another colour, however it was missing the belt and customer service are ignoring me. Disappointing as they do have some unique items.
I am updating my review as customer service did eventually reply and offer solutions, they were slow to respond but once they engaged they were very quick to respond to every email.
I have tried several times to contact them by email, as there is no return label in the package and I therefore cannot send the package back.
It is also not possible to contact them by phone.

I returned my order two months ago and still haven’t received a refund. The items are very expensive, so I can’t afford to be without the money. According to Hermes, the return was delivered a long time ago. What is this about? Are you treating new customers like that ?
I bought a winter coat from Touche Prive, it wasn’t cheap. I only wore ita few times and almost immediately the seams in both pockets came apart, leaving holes. I have never owned a coat of such poor quality. I strongly advise against buying it. On top of that, the material becomes freezing cold in low temperatures, like an ice pack, even though the coat is supposedly meant for winter. I do not recommend it to anyone. The quality is absolutely terrible.
Hi...be aware before you are ordering and returning the items in this brand. I have returned my cloth to this company in 17 th December and since then I am constantly emailing them to report a return on Klarna as I bought the item through Klarna. But they didn't reply. Yesterday Klarna has changed me the money for the returned item as this company did not report a return. This is extremely unprofessional disappointing and annoying. I am writing this review out of extreme frustration with both the incomplete order and the complete lack of customer service.
On 18 Nov, 2025 I placed an order for the Pleated Chiffon Dress with Binding Belt (Red / S). The dress arrived on time, but it was delivered missing the binding belt, which is clearly listed as part of the product.
I immediately reached out to the company via email on November 20th to report the incomplete item and ask for a resolution (either the belt shipped, or a return/refund process).
It is now 16th Dec, 2025, and despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I have received absolutely no response, acknowledgment, or resolution from the customer service team in over four weeks.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. I am left with an incomplete item and no way to contact the seller to fix their error. I would strongly advise potential buyers to be aware of the extremely poor after-sales support provided by this company.
