Zero stars, actually. Intentionally misleading language trapping you with cheap awful merchandise you would never have ordered if it was clear that “last chance” means, in this company’s lexicon, FINAL SALE. Condescending “customer service” providing absolutely no resolution or mutually agreeable compromise. Highly recommend going to literally ANY other retailer. Avoid the hassle + headache, stay far away!!!!

MISSING REFUNDS
I had two orders recently that I returned some items from each. Tracking information shows they were returned over a month ago and I have received no refund and no communication. I have reached out 3x by email, 3x by chat, and 3x by text message with no response. There is no phone number to contact the company. I guess I will have no choice but to contact my credit card company

This error completely confused the carrier, causing the shipping glitch that sent that heavy comforter and shams right back to your doorstep. We completely understand why you are entirely fed up with UPS, you should never have been put in a position to haul that heavy package around only to have it return to you.
