Our purpose is to offer you free, honest and independent advice on which plan best suits your needs, whether it be the cheapest deal, energy type, contract or no contract, we will find you the perfect plan. Then to top it all off once you're happy with our recommendation, we'll sort all the paperwork out for you and arrange the set up. Then all you have to do is wait for your next meter reading or move in date and your new supplier will take over the billing. The best thing is you don't pay a thing for our service, you have a 10 business day cooling off period if you're a little unsure, and if you're happy with the arrangement you'll be on your way to cheaper electricity and gas.

The woman on the phone was terrible could not understand her over her India accent ask her to repeat stuff she said just say yes.still doubt weather I signed up for the right deal. i’m not being racist at all, but it really was bad. Even my wife couldn’t understand her when we asked her to repeat the questions a speech she talks at was ridiculous. I had to ask him to slow down several times. She just got angry and said just say yes you’re really need to do better. Luckily, I can sort it out through the emails with any other elder person who was not tech savvy, could easily be getting ripped off.
