Brought used car from here

Brought new car from here everything went well when mark smith gave us a look round the car we had in mind and tested drive and been given all information that I wouldn’t thought off everything went smoothly from purchase day and handover day I would come here again for other car in future

Lovely experience from start to finish

Lovely experience from start to finish. Part exchanged our old carfor a newer more suitable car. Mark was professional, attentive and informative from the initial introduction until we drove off the forecourt. Would recommend this car dealership to anyone.

Ive brought two cars off Eddie Wrights

Ive brought two cars off Eddie Wrights, I was an happy customer, Then I put a deposit on a third vehical but the attitude has changed over the last couple of years, Everything seem to be too much troube, so I cancelled the vehical and they have since refuse to refund my deposit, If this is how they treat previous customer please be advised do not put a depost on a car unless your 100% sure,

Car purchase

I purchased a car from them and found the process to be seamless and very helpful all the way through. The car was valeted and prepared to a high standard. Overall I'm happy with the level of service and would recommend them to anyone. Mark was helpful, friendly and communicated when they had received the money through. I felt confident that I was being sold a good car that came with warranty and breakdown assistance for peace of mind too.

Excellent Service With Mark

Recently, we purchased our second car from here after a fantastic first experience five years ago. Once again, the service was excellent.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mark for our second purchase, and he made the whole process incredibly smooth and straightforward. He was professional throughout and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car.

1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Experience

We purchased a vehicle from Eddie Wright’s for £14,500 and our experience since then has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

Shortly after purchase, the vehicle began developing faults. It has been returned multiple times for inspection and repair, yet the problems have never been properly resolved. On each occasion, we have had to take time off work and arrange alternative transport at our own expense. The inconvenience and disruption have been significant.

The situation has now escalated to the vehicle leaking gearbox oil and becoming undriveable. When we attempted to return it most recently, it failed almost immediately and could not be driven safely. Despite this, we were told recovery would not be arranged for several days and no courtesy vehicle was available — leaving us without safe transport.

What has been just as concerning as the mechanical issues is the level of customer service. When we tried to discuss the matter with staff, we felt dismissed and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. Being contacted by phone while physically standing in the showroom only added to the sense that our concerns were not being taken seriously.

We are now paying a loan for a vehicle we cannot use. For a dealership of this size, this level of aftercare is unacceptable. A car should be reliable and fit for purpose — especially at this price point.

Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to consider this carefully before purchasing here.
