Called to look for a new car and the…

Called to look for a new car and the service was superb we was greeted by Dave and he left us to have a look to see if we liked anything which we did and he helped us with everything we needed and explained everything with great detail. Definitely recommend using Dave if you are looking for a new car

Zero customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. Left a deposit via phone on a vehicle and came to test drive. Went away to think over the costs and despite 3 phone calls to request copies of the service history, nothing appeared until the salesmen Jack Favill contacted me for an update. You are now unfairly with holding my deposit even though your terms on your website state " The fee is refundable if you change
your mind, providing that you have visited the
dealership to view the vehicle in person"
Absolutely shocking customer service!

Just bought my second car,the service was good,no pushy salesmen allowed to browse with no hassle Dave Burdett was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process.
I would recommend you to have a look if you're in the market for a car.

My purchase of a car on Friday was dealt with by Gary, he was very good, answered any questions I had honestly and was not in any way pushy with the sale, the car was ready for collection on the agreed time and I feel that Gary would be approachable should I have any further queries. Thankyou

Dave Burdett

Dave Burdett, Scunthorpe Eddie Wright. This person provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable in what they were doing. Communication was smooth and they made sure everything was handled efficiently and to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them to others and would not hesitate to use their services again. .

BOUGHT GRANDLAND FROM TOM

BOUGHT GRANDLAND FROM TOM. I began negotiating over the phone, and i found Tom to be polite and very professional, and also efficient. On arrival to the trade centre, i found the whole set up very professional and Tom again sorted out all the paperwork quickly and also cancelled and reinstated my tax on both vehicles.

A brilliant service and i will recommend to family and friends.

This is my 2nd car I have purchased…

This is my 2nd car I have purchased from Eddie Wright very pleased with the service we received from Martin on the day we went in to test drive the car & purchased my 2nd car . 2 days later went to pick it up , & Tom helped us with handover of my new car , he was extremely helpful , polite , friendly & efficient even set up my phone for me before I drove home . Thanks you so much Martin & Tom great service . Other sales men where in the show room & were very friendly too

They tried to scam me - car broke down ON TEST DRIVE.

They tried to scam me - car broke down ON TEST DRIVE.

I went to look at an ID4. They go to bring it around for a test drive and 30 mins+ later the salesperson appears making something up about tire pressure.

They stall for time, and then try to bring it around again. This time it took 15+ mins.

Getting in the car the reason for the delay becomes clear. It limped, then stopped completely. It would start, limp a few feet, then stop again. Stopped completely 8+ times on the test drive.

It was very obvious that they saw the issues & cleared the codes, patched over it, hoping to hide the issues just long enough for them to pass a non-running car onto me.

I had a great experience with Eddie Wrights and Lewis in particular. He explained all of my options well and helped me come to my final decision. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We are extremely happy with the car we…

We are extremely happy with the car we have just purchased from Eddie Wright. The servoce we received from Mark Smith was fantastic - he patiently took us through all the car details and transactions - and went the extra mile ! 😁 There was a very friendly atmosphere in the showroom - where are dog was also made very welcome ! Thank you so much for an excellent service !
We would highly recommend Eddie Wright Car Supermarket - definately a 5 Star experience!

15 days after purchase and still no car

I bought a car from Eddie Wright on 15th March and was told I could pick it up on 19th March as it needed a new part fitting. The night before they rang and said it wouldn’t be ready and offered me a courtesy car to pick up which would be the same size car as I had bought. When I arrived the car was much smaller. My family are struggling to fit in it. I still have this car 11 days later. They then told me to pick up the new car up the Tuesday. They rang and said it needed valeting so to come on the Friday. The night before they rang and said the part wasn’t even in but I could pick the car up on the Friday afternoon after it hadn’t been valeted . I couldn’t make that day so arranged for the Saturday. They rang Saturday morning to say the car part still wasn’t it! So it wasn’t anywhere near ready. Mis communication!
They said they would ring at lunch time today (Monday) and no one did. My husband made numerous calls.
When they answered
said they could deliver the car tomorrow but I can’t have a time. So my day tomorrow is now on hold until they give me a time. That’s if the car actually arrives
