We do not charge a fee for our services but are a villa rental company. Our villa rental experts do try to help customers find the right vacation rental for them when requested but this is not at a fee.
There is a company with a very similar name to us that charges a service fee to users and it is likely that this is the business that you are actually looking for.
We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience and hope you find a suitable resolution but, as far as we can tell, it had nothing to do with our business. If we're right and this is the incorrect company that you have reviewed, would you please remove this review as it affects our business?

I came across this company on an internet search. I’d never heard of them. I checked them out on Trustpilot and found favourable reviews so I’ve booked a holiday property for next year. The process was simple, the property looks perfect and the price was competitive. Fingers crossed for next summer and that all will be as good as it seems.
