This will determine exactly what the problem is and what the next step should be. If you do need excessive ear wax removed your nurse specialist & the results of your check-up will help you choose the most suitable procedure. We offer all forms of specialist wax removal, such as Microsuction, Irrigation & Instrumentation. We also provides training to the NHS and private Healthcare. Diane Hodge is an NHS National Trainer for The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust providing training courses in Microsuction, Irrigation and instrumentation.

What a great experience I had at the ear clinic Stepps

What a great experience I had at the ear clinic in Stepps. Leighann was thoroughly professional from the start to finish of my appointment. She spoke me through every step of the procedure putting me at ease. What a difference I felt after, no more pressure in my ears and a massive improvement to my hearing. I would highly recommend this company.

Quick and professional

I was made to feel at ease and everything was fully explained before it happened. It was a quick procedure and my ears are finally unblocked.

Great, friendly service

I was nervous about how the appointment would go, I needed have worried. My therapist was so friendly and professional , explained everything clearly , and did an amazing job. Although wax turned out not to be my issue , I was given clear next steps , and actually the next day , my ear ringing had gone. First class service . Highly recommend

My Hearing is Back!I cannot thank Melissa at Ears Clinic enough for the outstanding care she provided. She carried out my ear wax removal to an absolutely excellent standard. The procedure was gentle, completely professional, and the results were instant—it has completely returned my hearing!If you are looking for safe, expert, and effective ear care, I highly recommend booking with Melissa. Impressive service…

I was impressed with how the condition of my ears was explained to me and I found looking at the pictures of my inner ears fascinating. The staff where happy to take the time to explain the procedure and after treatment they explained what I needed to do going forward with treatment.

My sister and I were met by Leighann

My sister and I were met by Leighann . Very welcoming. Explaining everything clearly and knowledgeable. Not felt rushed. Easy conversation and very professional. My sister has limited sight and she was put at ease right from the beginning. Would definitely recommend
