I was impressed with how the condition of my ears was explained to me and I found looking at the pictures of my inner ears fascinating. The staff where happy to take the time to explain the procedure and after treatment they explained what I needed to do going forward with treatment.

My sister and I were met by Leighann . Very welcoming. Explaining everything clearly and knowledgeable. Not felt rushed. Easy conversation and very professional. My sister has limited sight and she was put at ease right from the beginning. Would definitely recommend

A great experience for my under 16 yo, who had become pretty deaf due to wax and nothing at home had worked. Kinza was lovely, professional and put the youngster at ease, especially since this was a wholly unfamiliar experience. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again if required, and hearing has been restored. Before and after pics are a nice touch.

Leighann was fantastic- I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I’m pleased I have a solution that I can access easily when my ears are blocked.

Being the first time I had booked an appointment for earwax removal I was apprehensive. I needn't have been as not only was the online booking system simple to use, Leighann the audiologist, immediately put me at ease explaining the procedure and guiding me through it at each stage of the process. She was thoroughly professional with a charming personality and I would have no hesitation in consulting her in the future.
