Downstairs shower room 10/10
I had a shower room installed in my garage which was mostly just a junk room ... as per normal garages you cant get a car in ... they moved my washer and drier and built the room from scratch to finished in 4 weeks ... it looks and works really well ... all the trades used were first class ... no rubbish left at all ... the finished job is just perfect ... I'm over the moon with this ...

Quick response
Contacted DPB on Wednesday afternoon as my cold water tap in the kitchen stopped working. Arranged to come Thursday morning at 8am, turned up on time, replaced the faulty tap and all done by 8.30am. Excellent service.

Excellent Service
I recently had the boiler serviced and prior to that had a radiator valve repaired. The radiator valve was repaired the same day as I phoned up to request someone to have a look at it! Both the plumbers who came out were friendly, polite and professional. I would highly recommend DPB plumbing and am so glad I found them.

Efficient,Effective and Friendly
We have been with DPB plumbing for a few years now starting with bronze cover moving onto Gold a couple of years ago. We have found that the girls in the office are great with ensuring that our annual gas safety checks for tenanted properties are renewed on time, and the guys respond to any reported problems
quickly. A very good team allround.

Excellent All Rounders…
We have a service plan for our rental properties and it is a huge relief to know that any issues for tenants can be dealt with very quickly. We have also used the company to provide new gas central heating installations as well as fit and tile complete bathrooms and we have always found them very professional and competent. They are easy to work with as they are able to work around other trades as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

I first used DPB to redesign my bathroom. From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient, courteous, trustworthy and diligent in their works.
Next, I used them to service my boiler/heating system and gas fire. Again, due diligence, politeness, courtesy and timely when coming to carry out the services and I was kept fully informed along the way.

Rang first thing and someone had me up and running by 2pm, also made my life easier as set up with a plan to be covered for a service and if anything that should go wrong. Excellent Service
Following a boiler service, the engineer checked the system and found a slight leak on a radiator. Another heating engineer came the following week and quickly remedied the fault. We were very impressed by both engineers. They were polite, friendly, and very efficient. From contacting the office to having work completed I have nothing but praise for DPB and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Friday afternoon fix
Friday afternoon fix - after being let down by another trades person I called DPB. From start to finish the service was polite, professional and clear. When I initially called to discuss my repair, Kim was really supportive, she listened and did her best to ensure I received a quick, efficient response.
Patrick came to work on my water tank later the same afternoon, he was very respectful of my home - he explained what he was doing and talked me through the repair- absolutely great service. Thank you team (especially Patrick)
