Thank you all at Plumbgas, once again, for being so helpful. Chris who spent time for me when it was on a Sunday I was stuck and then to Stewart who came to me on Monday and sorted out my problem and did a full service. Have never met Stewart before but what a nice,respectful man he is.

Chris from Plumbgas made a thorough job of servicing two gas boilers and checking a gas cooker. He took slight less time than expected. The gas safety certificates and invoices arrived the same day.

I have used Plumbgas previously and have always had great service.
They ensure that you have access to a very useful booking service and plenty of times to enable to you choose what is best for you. I prefer not to use the phone so online is great for me , as I need more time to think. On the one occasion I did call I was dealt with by a very helpful operative so am sure those less phone phobic than me will be happy.
This year our boiler service was no different.
On inspection, the boiler needed a part and Stewart the operative offered to fit it for me whilst he was already on site.
I was happy to agree and the job was sorted in no time, along with the full certificated service .
Plumbgas have always enabled the customer to feel in control of what's happening and be well prepared for the visits.
This is particularly helpful as I have complex PTSD and ADHD . I also get anxious about visitors to the home.
Plumbgas give me timely reminders leading up to the service, added appointment reminders and named engineers.

On the day of the visit I am sent a message and can track how far away the engineer is. This is immensely reassuring.

Once the work is completed I am sent an invoice via email and informed of the ways to pay. Its all very straightforward.

I have no hesitation in recommending Plumbgas to anyone. I have had different engineers at different times and they were all great.

Ahead of time slot,very pleasant, great job done, used them for year's never had an issue. Even visited me to discuss details on heat pumps by boss Mr Bryant no charge. Great company honest, trustworthy not many same these days

Really excellent experience with PlumbGas. Their team on the phones are always prompt, helpful and put things in plain language. We had a new shower fitted and experienced some issues with our flow rate. Chris attended to diagnose the issue, and it turned out this was a wider issue in our property and not the fault of the fitting at all. Despite this, Chris went above and beyond to try to help us, give advice and leave us in the best possible situation going forwards. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PlumbGas services.

Plumbgas fitted our Hive system which was done very efficiently by Chris. It was done professionally and with care. He explained the system clearly and made sure we understood the processes.

Excellent service..... contacted me when they were on the way....solved an ongoing issue with my central heating system.... very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.... will definitely be using plumbgas again.

Plumbgas are an excellent firm reliable, clean, polite, I have never been able to fault them. Nothing is to much trouble.

Stewart, the engineer was punctual, efficient and clean and gave my boiler a thorough overhaul. Plumbgas, as ever, were most professional and sensibly priced.

Chris arrived on time and carried out a triple appliance service. He was friendly and worked in a clean and tidy manner. He explained that a couple of things on the boiler needed checking under the warranty and what possible issues to keep an eye on. I am pleased that a thorough service was carried out on all appliances.

We had our heat pump installed by PlumbGas in October 2024, and the experience from start to finish was excellent.

A particular mention goes to business owner Jon, who carried out the initial survey and heat loss calculations. He took the time to properly assess the property, ensuring the radiators were correctly sized and the system was designed appropriately for the house. It was clear from the outset that the focus was on getting the installation right rather than simply selling a heat pump. That attention to detail has paid off, as the system has performed flawlessly and kept the house comfortable ever since.

We did experience an issue with the diverter valve after installation. PlumbGas responded quickly and replaced it free of charge. When the problem reoccurred, they returned promptly and replaced it again, this time with a different make, and we've had no issues since. While problems can occasionally happen with any installation, what matters is how a company responds, and PlumbGas couldn't have been more helpful throughout.

What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They also corrected a couple of other issues I had noticed long after the installation, again at no additional cost. There was no hesitation or attempt to avoid responsibility. It's clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about the quality of the service they provide.

A special mention also goes to Ryan, who carried out the follow-up visits. He was always respectful, courteous, and professional. Across the additional visits after the installation, he took the time to discuss things properly, answer questions, and ensure everything was working as it should. He gave the impression of someone who genuinely cared about doing the job properly rather than simply getting it done and moving on.

The original installation price was competitive, and the aftercare has been excellent. Based on our experience, I would happily recommend PlumbGas to anyone considering a heat pump installation or any other work for that matter.

Plumbgas are a top class Heating and Plumbing Company who have always given us prompt attention to any problems. Our special thanks to Chris Inglis a highly competent heating engineer. For His patience in explaining things and friendly relaxed demeanour in resolving a problem which had tried our patience beyond belief. It is such a relief to have such talent available.

A returning customer and once again very impressed. Ryan did a great job installing our new WC, an outside tap, and replacing a radiator. It is a neat installation and everything was left tidy - highly recommended !

Recently had a bathroom refit and am very pleased with the result and service. Thank you to all the Plumbgas team and especially Nials for his first class work, which he carried out quietly, efficiently and professionally.

Very good service from the first contact. The following day the engineer called very promptly. Was very polite and dealt extremely quick with the problem less than a hour job done. No mess everywhere was tidy and a very professional technician. Can well recommend the company and if required in the future will be my first call. This company look after all my mums heating issues. Servicing and repairs if needed. Not only are they helpful but they are polite friendly and very knowledgeable.

I was informed of the engineers name and time of arrival before he came which I found was reassuring as I live on my own . When he arrived i could tell by his competent manner that my boiler service was in good hands .
