Had a door fitted by this company few…
Had a door fitted by this company few years back and had nothing but trouble with it. the door is out of line so won’t shut probably and am having to slam it which is so embarrassing. They have been out twice and fixed it so they said and it’s still the same. Don’t know if it just composite doors or this company but stay away.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies you are having issues with your door. It sounds like the door may have dropped a little over the years which is usually an easy fix as there is adjustment on the hinges.

Fantastic service from start to end!
From the moment I first contacted Door Warehouse to the point of installation, this company has been exceptional.
They were incredibly knowledgeable & helpful throughout, plus priced very competitively. They installed front / back doors and replaced my old patio doors with bi-folds - I am very pleased with the quality of the products and installation.
Finally, as I have a young family and work from home I had expected disruption, but all members of staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my families needs

Cannot recommend enough. We had our banisters and 6 awkward newels completely removed and replaced with oak and glass. The door warehouse staff very friendly and helpful from ordering to completion, competitive pricing and perfect quality products. As for John our joiner he is amazing, a true craftsman! Nothing too much trouble, friendly, perfectionist who knows exactly what he’s doing and has done a beautiful job right down to the tiniest detail, couldn’t be happier!

Beautiful door and great service
Ordered a composite door. The communication from purchase to installation was second to none and the quality of the door is brilliant. It has made the outside and the inside of the house look much tidier, I can't believe the difference.
Dan was great throughout, especially given the challenges of covid and the gentleman who installed the door was very friendly and professional.
Well worth every penny. Thank you door warehouse.

Incredible service from Door Warehouse
We are so thrilled with the quality of the windows Dan and his team have just fitted. Replacing original wood with UPVC seemed a necessary evil, but I genuinely prefer the new windows.
The service was incredible and Nathan and Lee bent over backwards to get the job done. They said it was a very difficult job. 170 year old house with original brickwork and cement surrounding original wooden windows. I was petrified but Lee was so calm and said they would come back until everything was reinstated. The finish is incredible.
Can’t recommend these guys enough. Incredible value for money. So very very happy.

Not the best experience
Not the best experience, when spending so much money on doors don’t expect nearly half of them to be marked/dinted to then be left without doors while they take away to “repair” you can still see the repair in certain light and one had to have further work while in position, communication not the best either, we do need more doors replacing but don’t think will be using again

- We have been in contact via email and phone several times
- Out of the six doors that were installed, you found a fault with just one of them - the manufacturer did not agree there was a fault, so we replaced this for you at a cost to ourselves
- We agreed to take away two other doors at the same time, however you were unable to show us the fault with these; we took them to our sprayers anyway but they also couldn't find fault
- We agreed to bring the other two doors back and re-fit them on a separate occasion so you weren't without doors whilst the one replacement door arrived into stock (1 week)
We take full responsibility for any damage on our products and rectify any issues our customers find; however on this occasion it would appear that your review doesn't seem to be a fair assessment of the course of events on this order.
We would be grateful if you would consider amending your review.
