Lovely friendly business came out measured up and doors were fitted within 2 weeks. Doors look amazing the joiner Derek went above & beyond so he got them perfect. Would definitely recommend

From order to fitting everything was handled professionally, we had John come to install the frame and door, very please with his work, which was carried out in a clean and very professional manner.
More than satisfied with this company, I will be ordering more from them at a later date.

Another Outstanding Experience with The Door Warehouse, Deeside Just had my second job completed by the team—this time, a supply and fit of new banisters with glass insets—and once again, they’ve exceeded all expectations.
Joe was, as always, exceptional. From the moment I placed the order, he managed everything with precision and care. His communication was faultless—keeping me updated at every stage and ensuring everything was ordered and scheduled perfectly. Almost placed an order elsewhere, but when comparing TrustPilot reviews between them and here, the other company had a lot of complaints about warranty issues after the first 12/24mo, whereas here seemed more positive (them offering a full 10 year warranty on everything).

So we popped down, and Joe was really helpful (despite our indecisiveness and spending weeks going back and forth deciding what we wanted 😄). We settled on a Rock Door for the front, and (after some discussion with Mike the fitter, also very helpful) an alu bifold for the rear.

It was around 7 weeks from order to fit. Both doors were fit today and we absolutely love them! The doors are both great, and they've been fit and finished perfectly.

Would not hesistate to recommend them again, and they'll be first choice when we get around to replacing the internal doors.

Ordered our new front and back doors from door warehouse and are over the moon with the look ,quality and fitting .We were given expert advice and help designing exactly what we wanted and were kept up to date throughout the process .Mike who fitted them was brilliant and we are so thrilled with how they look and they have already made a huge difference with no draughts coming in already .They even disposed of our old doors for us .Can't recommend this company enough and when we come to replace the doors inside it is the only place we will go to now .Fantastic service and workmanship

We decided to change our stair fittings from painted spindles, bannisters and rails to oak woodwork and straight metal spindles. The whole process from beginning to end has been a pleasure to deal with, from communicating with Joe in the office through to the expertise and excellent workmanship of John doing the fitting.
As Door Warehouse is such a good firm to deal with we will be using them again very soon.

Fitted 13 doors in a very old wonky house so not an easy job! Great service, great responses, great product, lovely tidy, clean helpful joiners, very happy with end result, would thoroughly recommend.

The service from The Door Warehouse (Deeside) has been first class. We had internal doors fitted in June of last year and we were very pleased with the work. This month we had all our windows and front door replaced by them. The fitters, Mike and Liam were professional and friendly. They went over and above to get things right for us, even when it wasn't straightforward for them. I would definitely recommend this company.

I used door warehouse to replace all my doors and windows during a home renovation a few years back.

I recently had an issue with the main door not opening / unlocking. I called them, and they attended, repaired and replaced parts of the door with zero hassle, and covered it all under their warranty.

I can't fault this company, delivering exactly what they promise when you buy from them. This company really looks after their customers.
