Let down by online repair status…
Let down by online repair status facility. Car collected on time assessed and update on time scale for repair by phone very quickly, told 5 to 7 days. Unfortunately the online repair status facility did not reflect this at anytime giving time scale in excess of 30 days. This never changed even after a 2 phone to say repair complete and would arrange my cars return. This repair status feature actually ruined my whole experience and I’d rather you did not have it if it only gives fake news.

The Company manages expectations very well and keeps you up to date every step of the way, from initial collection, repair updates, timelines to final delivery. They were polite and friendly on all interactions with them and it was a pleasure dealing with all contacts. The quality of the repairs was excellent and I was very pleased with the overall service.
