We were getting all new flooring from carpet to wooden flooring. Kevin in Sandyford went above and beyond to help us select the right choices for our needs. Couldn’t recommend him and Des Kelly enough.

Ordered carpet in Des Kelly's store on the Long Mile Road, I dealt with Michael who was absolutely brilliant nothing was too much trouble, a really lovely guy. THANK YOU MICHAEL.

Mary assisted me to choose the perfect bed for my bedroom. I had an idea of what I wanted however Mary helped me to confirm and her help was very much appreciated in relation to options, time to think it all through and trying out mattresses. If all shops had a Mary they would all do well!

We dropped into the Long Mile road shop today. Had a good look around a staff member called Mary came up to us we need any help she was so helpful that we bought the sofa great customer service.

Aideen was amazing at explaining everything. She was really kind, patient and you could tell she is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is selling.

I visited Des Kelly Carpets in Coolock Tuesday and dealt with Katharina there. I was very impressed with her expertise and service. It's nice to deal with people that understand. I will certainly be returning. Recommended.

I was in the Coolock branch yesterday buying a carpet. A lady called Katharina was helping me. I don't usually write reviews but this lady definitely deserves one. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent so much time sharing her in-depth knowledge and advice with me. I am so happy that she managed to change my mind on what I actually intended to buy as it really was not a good fit for what I needed. I am doing a whole house renovation and was interested in looking at a new mattress. Again, she went above and beyond her duty to advise me on this and spent so much time explaining what I needed as I have severe back problems. She suggested that I try all the mattresses and lie on each one for a few minutes in order to make an informed decision. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Katharina and I cannot thank her enough for all she did. I could name many other retail outlets that should take a leaf from her book regarding their customer service skills. Thank you Katharina

Good experience kept well informed by email re my delivery when it would arrive. Delivered to my sitting room i did pay €40 extra for delivery inside my house tho bit expensive otherwise they drop at your front door. Overall good

We visited Des Kelly Interiors showroom in Coolmine Industrial Estate today and are very happy with the assistance we received from Ross at the Showroom, who was professional and courteous, outlining the various beds and headboard designs, including the range of colour choices available in the showroom. Ross handled our order efficiently and we are delighted with the service received during our visit at the showroom.

I was in the coolock store a few days ago and was extremely pleased with the knowledge of Katharina who was very helpful. She gave me great ideas and showed me different variations on the products I am interested in purchasing.
