We were looked after by Ross, who made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He took the time to work out all of our dimensions for us, which took a lot of the stress out of the process, and his advice throughout was clear, knowledgeable and reassuring.
We ended up going with laminate flooring and also got help planning and picking out a carpet runner for our stairs, something we hadn't fully thought through before coming in. Ross guided us through the options patiently and helped us land on exactly the right choice.
Overall Ross is a credit to the team. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, exactly the kind of person you want to deal with when making decisions like these. We wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend him to anyone looking for flooring. Five stars without question!

Popped into Des Kelly’s today in search of flooring on a tight budget the lovely Katharina came to our aid, helped us choose the flooring, also worked out the sizing etc that we also needed to fulfill the job in hand. Visited the Des Kelly Coolock store to get ideas for Stairs and landing carpet. Great selection & competitive pricing. Layout of store was easy to navigate.
Katharina came to our assistance, she couldn’t have been more helpful, an asset to the company, Extremely knowledgeable on textiles, She made the tedious process of scouring through endless samples effortless and so enjoyable. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Left with a carpet picked & a tutorial on how to measure area ‘its the little things’!

I have just left Des Kelly’s on the Long Mile Road after being served by Michael. Lovely youngish lad. He was extremely helpful and friendly with it. I’d been before Christmas and picked a few carpets for bedroom but left undecided. I returned today and he was able to locate the carpets that you still stock and then advised regarding underlay. I spent more than intended so his sales technique certainly works! Personable and just nice fella! Emer Gibson

Had such a great experience in des Kelly coolock today! Staff are so helpful they go above and beyond to help ya pick out what ya need to go as far as takin the wood out to the door to let u see just what it’s like in the real day light! In particular katharina A was unbelievable in how helpful she was!

I have used Des Kelly in Swords twice and I have had a positive experience both times. They have plenty of choice and Philip was helpful with getting my order sorted. I would definitely recommend them.

Seldom I take to writing a review but after a visit to Des Kelly’s in Coolock today, it is definitely warranted and deserved.
We dealt with Derek in the furniture department, we were looking to furnish a rental property and his knowledge and advice was invaluable. The product range was second to none, the delivery times are short and this really suited our needs.
The buying process was relaxed and not pushy whatsoever.
We were able to purchase every item we needed and are more than happy with our purchases.

I recently visited Des Kelly’s in Coolock. I am currently commencing a full renovation. I’m not yet ready to purchase but I wanted to see what is available. I have had 2 poor experiences with other shops and was not very confident of a good encounter. But I couldn’t have been any more wrong. I dealt with Derek. He was ultra professional and knowledgable but above all so friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Derek took his time to show me through the range on offer. I will 100% be back soon to purchase from Derek. 10/10 customer service and would highly recommend Des Kelly Coolock to anyone.

We were getting all new flooring from carpet to wooden flooring. Kevin in Sandyford went above and beyond to help us select the right choices for our needs. Couldn’t recommend him and Des Kelly enough.
