I have to say because of it's infancy I was sceptical in using this website.

Despite a bit of a delay in getting a rare item, it finally arrived and super happy with the product.

Best part of the experience however was the customer service throughout, prompt communication and often meant I was at ease.

Would recommend if anyone is on the fence, can imagine it being difficult starting out and I will certainly be returning.

I pre ordered a game from Delche gaming and unfortunately received an email from them informing me that there was a delay from the suppliers and the game would be a day or two late for the release date. At first I was not very happy about the situation as they had already taken the money for the game from my bank account. However after a couple of emails from myself to them and a very quick response from them, plus the offer of a £4 refund as compensation, I am pleased to say the game arrived next day. I would like to add their customer service was excellent throughout the whole situation. I feel customer service is very important in any buisness and despite the one day delay on the game I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them as an efficient buisness and commend them on their all important customer service.

I have pre-ordered PS5 Pro from the website due to the price no other company could match, especially with additional 5% discount on top. The original in stock date has changed from the original date, which wasn't ideal and I did contact the company about it. The reply from Maham was swift and very considerate towards the issue, giving me an additional item on sale free of charge due to the delay. After the second in stock date my console got delivered within a few days and it's looking great. I will definitely shop with Delche Gaming again especially if they carry on with such great customer support.

Pre-ordered Sniper Elite on 8 January, release date 28th. As of 4th Feb, game not received. In fairness but only after I asked where my order was, they replied that there was an issue with customs and offered me a full refund or a £4.00 refund if I still wanted the game. Said I still wanted the game as it is sold out everywhere. Email on 1st to say it was dispatched, email from Royal Mail daying delivery on Sunday 2nd. As of today, 4th, the item is still with Royal Mail. Very disappointed and will not purchase from here again.

Was an amazing price for a new released PS5 game which I ordered several days before release. I was emailed by the company advising of a short delay and that I would receive the item a day or 2 later than expected. This was fine as I was not expecting to need it from day one anyway so I agreed to keep the order in place. The company then despatched the game for me on release day (yesterday) on a 24hr Royal Mail service. This arrived today with no issues. I must admit, I was dubious at first using a company that I hadn’t heard of and had such a fantastic price however, I cannot fault their level of service and communication with the delay. I will not hesitate to use this company again
