Still no contact from this company, order the switch back in may, delayed for weeks, shipping label created but never sent, have emailed them all week asking for a refund for the switch 2 that was never sent and have had zero response,
Do not believe the fake positive reviews.
Absolutely shame on you for scamming.

I’ve done a bit of research this company is owned by Maham Masroor Sandhu, and the company address is showing up as a residential address in London, not a business address/warehouse.

Luckily I have payed in full but through klarna so will hopefully get a refund but that is going to take weeks while they investigate it. I am now out of pocket as I’ve had to purchase another one from smyths toys as it was a gift for my child’s birthday

My son pre ordered a switch back in may and was told he would get a refund as he kept delaying the switch pre ordered date which was garenteed,he still has not had a refund now to this day and now we will be getting this money back via the bank or small claims court. Give my son Dylan a refund or I will take legal Action

Noticed this site pre Switch 2 being released offering some of the most competitive prices for Switch 2 games, saving about £5 per title. Reviews at the time were decent so thought why not.

I ordered both Zelda’s and the new Donkey Kong. Both Zelda’s were delayed by 5 days, eventually did arrive but much later then they should have. Seller offered either to cancel the order or a £2.50 partial refund (I asked for the partial and never received it).

Also Donkey Kong is supposed to arrive today but hasn’t even been dispatched and now have been told it’ll be delayed.

I luckily was able to pay for using PayPal at the time, which he has now removed from the site as an option - which says it all.

Opened a case and was quick to issue refund in that instance. Other people that didn’t pay via PayPal seem to not have been as lucky.

Avoid - not worth the couple of quid savings when everything is delayed (that’s if it arrives at all).

UPDATE - Refund he issued via PayPal didn’t complete. So I’m without my item or money. PayPal are now involved.

Delche Gaming appears to be a legitimate site and generally efficient at dispatching orders—when items are in stock.

However, with pre-orders like the Switch 2, they fall short. Stated dispatch dates come and go without clear communication, leaving customers in the dark. Empty promises replace transparency, which is even more frustrating than being given a realistic (even if later) date from the outset.

This tactic feels more like baiting than service, drawing customers in only to place them in a queue. Meanwhile, the Switch 2 has become available from other retailers, making the wait feel entirely unnecessary.

SCAM - Order placed on the 27th of June, no update regarding shipping and no response to multiple emails via their contact email, still no sign of the item and no delivery updates... I will have to try to get my money back via the card company.

As an update, my order got cancelled, still no actual updates or replies to any emails, almost a month after taking my money and no refund in site… do not lose your money with this company.

Unreliable I pre ordered my July game in April the day before launch at 6pm I got a message saying they had a problem with customs and wasn’t going to be able to get it to me until a week later, was my first time using them and it will be my last. I need reliability

The only positive thing I can say is they offered me a refund or a £2.50 discount

I placed an order with this business but have yet to receive any shipment update or tracking information. It's been a full week , and there has been no communication regarding the status of my order. This lack of follow-through and transparency is disappointing.

I have now requested a full refund and expect it to be processed as soon as possible. I hope the business takes customer service more seriously in the future.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend ordering from here.

SCAM SITE STAY AWAY!

I've ordered a PS5 Pro from this company. I've placed this on a backorder after asking them when this would be dispatched. They gave me fairly close date so I went ahead.

They were very responsive until the point they created the shipment label. The order hasn’t been picked up since 7th of July and today is 16th. They never responded to my emails what's going on.

I've specially paid with Klarna, just to avoid the hassle to get my money back as I've seen the reviews here but the price was very tempting.

Since then, I've got my PS5 Pro from Argos so Mr Maham Sandhu, don't even bother to send me anything.

I ordered a switch on the 20th June and I still not got my order and I still not received any tracking number or any update at all I have been trying to get in touch with them for 4 days now and still no reply I would not recommend buying stuff form them

I ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 MK bundle on the 4th of June as a preorder, was told that I would get it end of June. It got pushed back to early July, I finally received tracking details two weeks ago but still no progress on order. I have emailed multiple times over this period and have had no response back. Although can be considered legitimate as some have managed to receive theirs , but customer service is very poor with 50/50 replies so wouldn’t trust it for a smooth purchase without overcoming communication obstacles.

Worst customer service. It’s a scam.ordered ps5 on 30 th june,no update yet.Don't order anything.

Pre-ordered the switch 2 before June, only to be notified that we won’t receive this until the 2nd release at the end of the month.
Now, the parcel has eventually been despatched but my delivery postcode is “invalid” on Evri (yes my delivery address and billing address have been checked and are correct) and my parcel was supposedly delivered today. Please explain this to me! How can my postcode be incorrect, the only postcode this company has ever had recorded of mine is my current one.
Very concerning.
Customer service has been 50/50; not very quick to respond.

Second review on here as still none the wiser as to what is happening with my Switch 2 order. A total of 10 emails from myself and recieved only one reply which stated:
'Apologies for the late reply, stock has been arriving in a lot slower than the dates given to us by suppliers which has been causing problems.
We are hoping to get this to you ASAP.
Of course, if you prefer the option of cancelling and refunding is always available'.
I've since sent 3 more emails and heard nothing.
I am also suspicious of the positive reviews on here as there are two from different people, on different dates with exactly the same wording (just different tracking numbers).
Starting to feel like I've been scammed. Case has been opened with PayPal to try and get my money back.

It SEEMS an affordable store, however I placed an order and I'm still not sure what's happening with it. It said on their website that their customer support aim to reply to emails within 24 hours. Well thats 96 hours I've been waiting...

Don't really know what's happening with my order but it should have arrived within 3-5 days apparently and now we're on day 5 and it says it hasn't even been dispatched yet. I've just been trying to get an update from them so I know what's happening, but theres been no reply and at this rate I dont know if I'll hear back at all.

Not sure if I should cancel, I think I'll wait 2 more days before I decide on that, but not impressed...

Absolutely shocking. Ordered a PS5 slim edition and they said it would arrive within 2-4 working days. No sign of it 8 days later, shopify says it’s not even been dispatched. 0 communication, no number to call. Disgraceful.

Hi i ordered my switch 2 on June 29th have received nothing other than a email to Say that it was going to be shipped on July 9th haven't received nothing whatsoever very disappointing..

My biggest mistake to believe that the delivery will be in 4 working days

They confirmed the product has been refunded on 25th June, and takes no longer than 10 working days. I sent an email on 9th July, and they didn't rely on me. It's 12th July now, and the refund has still not shown up in my account.

13th July. Got a reply on email.
16th July. Finally, I got the refund back.

Pre-ordered the switch back in June as they said in the description that it will be shipped out on July 9th. The 9th comes and passes and not a word about it being shipped out. I have tried to contact them 3 times now. First to confirm if the date to be shipped out was the 9th and again to ask if my order has indeed been shipped. No response whatsoever.

I just want my switch!
