There was not enough information about the product I was purchasing to make me confident I've purchased the correct option. There were options A, B, C and D to select, but the photos associated with each option seemed to double up - i.e. A looked exactly like C, and B looked exactly like D.

There were also sizes to choose from, but no size guide available that I could use to confirm I was selecting the appropriate size.

It was quite a risk putting the order through since I'm not certain I'll get what I actually am hoping for, because of the lack of information.

Complete SCAM! Paid for 12000BTU Air conditioner and was sent the poorest quality aircooler (not conditioner) that barely blows any air at all.
Upon immediately raising it with them, they said they would update me when the correct order is shipped. That was weeks ago and I have since chased them up multiple times, asked them to issue a refund if the product is unavailable and am now no longer getting a response.
Thank God I paid through PayPal, hopefully they can refund me my money.

All fine, except I had gift wrapping added without my knowledge and an additional charge of $20 that I'm still waiting to have cancelled and refunded. Fingers crossed!

These are Chinese SCAMMERS! Do not order anything.

Brilliant and good

I ordered an air conditioning unit but there was no time frame for delivery due to medical problems on same day as it was ordered I asked for it to be cancelled before shipping obviously they didn't get back to me before it going to logistics now they are saying I will have to wait for delivery then return item at my cost and now i have seen this has happened to several people and cost them quite a lot to return. This company needs to amend its policies and respond and listen to customers to be able to cancel before shipment !! You should be able cancel before its put on the ship or plane I.e before shipping

The website was very easy to use and they had what I wanted at a very competitive price. Just waiting for it to arrive!

So far so good, I've only just ordered my air conditioner so can't give a proper review until later. So far it's 4 stars as i would have liked to have seen and approximate delivery date/time at checkout

Item took a while to arrive, doesn’t work (SSD drive) and no response to email to customer services.
