Don’t order from this company. Scam drop shipping site! At no point on their website or during the ordering process do they make clear that good are shipped from China and so will take forever to arrive. Plus looking at the reviews (not including the 5 star reviews from everyone who hasn’t received their order yet!), I’ll be lucky if the air con unit I ordered is anything other than a cheap Chinese fan. Avoid!

I ordered 2 of the same product 2 weeks ago. Delivery was delayed 3 days in a row (albeit not the companies fault) but have only received one out of the two items and it is the wrong item/not how it’s described on the website.
Can’t get hold of the company or had any replies for my e-mails to find out if the right product is being sent, where my second product is or giving a refund.
I feel like i’ve been stung by a well laid out website and a good deal.

The 12000btu air conditioner is a straight up scam, its a crappy air cooler not air conditioner and doesnt even match the pictures, infact the pictures of the "air conditioner" are ai images that are recycled and reused in other scam sites, the discounts are all fake, they trick you by saying its going to end on that specific day (like 23rd june, but the next day it says its gonna end on the 24rd of the june and so on) and all the reviews are blatantly fake and not real people, and they dont accept refunds even though it says 30 day back guarantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered an air con as well on Monday 22nd June 2026, once ordered, I immediately realised this was coming from abroad, I cancelled the order within seconds. I have had not confirmation on whether the order has been dispatched, or whether I will get the requested refund I asked for when I ordered the item.

Do not ship here they are a scam, bought an air conditioner unit and they sent a fan that blows the air over cold ice, advertised at 25kg and received 5kg , hopefully I can get my money back

had no issues purchasing or ordering the product, only slight issue was email was sent in Aus $ and not pounds and i received a discount code for 15% for only 24hr, so that's not going to be used as i already purchsed the item

I loved very much the design and to place my order and pay was very easy.
The tracking is also very good.

Ordered air con unit on 15 June, not yet delivered, have requested an update via email and had nothing back currently.

Similar to other customers, I've fallen victim to the 12000BTU Aircon SCAM.
- On first purchase attempt, I had a bunch of dodgy transactions from my bank account: A large sum withdrawn and then immediately refunded. Bank informed me of unorthodox activity.
- I tried again on Paypal. Money taken but no confirmation of purchase sent.
- At this point I realised I'd fallen for a scam and noticed other trustpilot reviews calling out similar activity. Immediately tried to cancel order.
- I also noticed that no model or make for the aircon unit was provided. No way to verify what they send you matches the description.
- No method of cancelling. Even though I emailed within minutes of purchase company has refused to cancel saying its already shipped (however still no confirmation. No tracking)
- On trying to cancel through paypal, company tries to masquerade as paypal to redirect the cancellation back to them.

I ordered an air con unit, the order went thru quickly but it hasn’t been delivered yet. It was a good price so hopefully it comes soon

The website advertises next-day shipping, but I've already been waiting several days and my order hasn't even been dispatched yet. There is no way to contact the company—the phone number doesn't work, and they don't seem to respond. This appears to be a scam company. Stay far away from them!

Ordered a portable air conditioner, unsure the quality yet. Will review it later.

I have requested a refund several times after seeing these reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise this was a scam company until after I placed the order. I have had no response to my emails and the number on their website isn’t even in service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

There website is simple and easy to understand. Just wish their was more clarification with delivery timing
