Jsut ordered the portable AC in afternoon and only realised it’s a scam. Been emailing them to cancel my order as not yet been shipped. Wish I had done my research properly before placing order on here

Seemingly easy to order online. The only two drawbacks for me are 1) doesn’t state anywhere that this company isn’t based in the UK and 2)there’s no estimated delivery date. Would be good to know. Wrote this review and answered 4 questions to get $5 back. Also, only placed the order a couple of hours ago so I can’t review the product yet.

The process was smooth, quick and extremely customer-friendly.

This is a scam, ordered a 120,000 BTU air conditioner from DecorsDeluxe, but instead I received a cheap air cooler that is completely different from the product I purchased.
Since receiving the incorrect item, I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team. I have sent several emails, completed the contact form on your website, and tried calling your listed phone number (+31 6 26 48 45 52), but I have received no response and the phone number appears to be unreachable.
I am extremely disappointed, What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional and discount emails encouraging me to make additional purchases, while my existing issue remains unresolved.
According to the return and refund information published on your website, customers who receive an incorrect product should be able to return the item at no cost and receive either the correct product or a refund.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund for my order and clear instructions for returning the incorrect item. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue the issue through my payment provider and relevant consumer protection channels.
I would appreciate an urgent response from a member of the DecorsDeluxe team.

Fake company and avoid using them. Read all 1 star reviews and ignore 5 star reviews which are all AI generated.

Price and website very good. Only thing I would mention is I would like to see a delivery time frame.

Was really easy and simple to order, my only criticism would be that there could have been a bit more product info and some of the images are clearly AI enhanced.. or even just AI.
I wouldn't normally buy a product that has AI used for the images as its kind of a red flag. But there were so many consistently good reviews of the product and the company that I've taken the risk.

Otherwise the website was easy to use and quick to order from. Hopefully the product arrives promptly and works well, thank you!

Very good prices, a multitude of products available to compare and choose from. The only thing would make the experience 10/10 is if you provided delivery time or atleast a range to work with.

Experience our second heatwave with a newborn and it's only June in the UK! Had to take action to try and be prepared for the rest of the summer months. Website was easy, great description and ordering was easy. I'm yet to receive my order so cannot review on shipping and the product hence the 4 stars.
