Very easy to place an order and very straightforward

SCAM!! We ordered an air conditioning unit and a cheap plastic fan arrived. Paid £235. Have emailed them but doubt we will have any luck hearing back based off the other reviews. We will be getting our money back via our bank. We will also be doing our best to get this site taken down.

I like the color

Everything was great except that the emailed receipt should have been in US dollars along with AUD. When I initially saw total, I thought I was overcharged for a moment.

Ordered a silent portable air con from this company, took 5 weeks to arrive, worked for about five minutes on the recharge , extremely noisy, and doesn’t work on the higher out out function when it is plugged in , complete waste of £68 or whatever it was , did email them about my complaint , haven’t heard a thing from them , so if you are thinking of buying, consult this , absolute con

Scam ! don't order protable air-conditioner from this company, it is a scam

Avoid this company at all costs. They are not transparent about delivery date. The tracking number provided is useless as it does not give you updates beyond "info received". I've emailed for the third time today as they have been completely ignoring my emails. I've raised a formal dispute with the bank. Awful company.

I would have liked to know the model of product but except for that I was satisfied with purchase.

I ordered a Phone Flash Driver and decided that it would not work for me. I texted the company 3 times asking how to return it for a refund. The company says it can be returned in 30 days. I was requesting this within the first week. I got absolutely no response. I would never rder form this company again.

Poor communication - One-way only
After ordering and further researching the aircon unit ordered, we discovered unlike all other units on their site, it was not UK power supply compatible (115v not 230v).
Been attempting to cancel order before dispatch for 2 days, and despite continuing to send us updates, have had no direct response, appliance removed from website, and moved onto confirm dispatch this evening. If units arrive, delivery will be rejected to be returned under 30 day return policy, and will expect refund immediately.

I bought the portable airconditioning 12,000btu unit being desparate a couple of days ago thinking that I’m buying from a UK supplier. How naive? I used to trust Truspilot reviews, but it seems that nowadays these can no longer be trusted. The delivery label with Evri was created straight away. At first I received a message that they’re expecting the item within the next 48 hours. Then 48 hours later it’s showing that they are expecting the item soon. Furthermore I received a very strange email from the seller that due to extreme weather, staffing shortages and high demand they are experiencing delays. Phrases like:

* “from the bottom of our hearts”
* “perfect storm”
* “I’m here for you personally”
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like I am going to get much luck getting a genuine unit or a refund anytime soon. I will be reaching to my bank to see if I can get my money back. Any advice is much appreciated.
I’ve also just realised that they have set up recurring payments on my card. Everyone who has fallen a victim, please check your transactions and block immediately. Moreover, the page doesn’t exist anymore.

Loved the design and the price. After reading the reviews, I decided to purchase it. I just hope that arrives soon. It is for an elderly couple attached to old ideas regarding the use of an air conditioner. I hope they enjoy my gift. Thank you

Don’t order from this company. Scam drop shipping site! At no point on their website or during the ordering process do they make clear that good are shipped from China and so will take forever to arrive. Plus looking at the reviews (not including the 5 star reviews from everyone who hasn’t received their order yet!), I’ll be lucky if the air con unit I ordered is anything other than a cheap Chinese fan. Avoid!

Everything so straightforward

I ordered 2 of the same product 2 weeks ago. Delivery was delayed 3 days in a row (albeit not the companies fault) but have only received one out of the two items and it is the wrong item/not how it’s described on the website.
Can’t get hold of the company or had any replies for my e-mails to find out if the right product is being sent, where my second product is or giving a refund.
I feel like i’ve been stung by a well laid out website and a good deal.

HUGE RED FLAGS: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

The 12000btu air conditioner is a straight up scam, its a crappy air cooler not air conditioner and doesnt even match the pictures, infact the pictures of the "air conditioner" are ai images that are recycled and reused in other scam sites, the discounts are all fake, they trick you by saying its going to end on that specific day (like 23rd june, but the next day it says its gonna end on the 24rd of the june and so on) and all the reviews are blatantly fake and not real people, and they dont accept refunds even though it says 30 day back guarantee. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered an air con as well on Monday 22nd June 2026, once ordered, I immediately realised this was coming from abroad, I cancelled the order within seconds. I have had not confirmation on whether the order has been dispatched, or whether I will get the requested refund I asked for when I ordered the item.

Do not ship here they are a scam, bought an air conditioner unit and they sent a fan that blows the air over cold ice, advertised at 25kg and received 5kg , hopefully I can get my money back
