I ordered an air conditioner over a month ago and I still haven’t received it. There is no customer service to contact. I have written numerous email asking for my money back and there is no response.

When ordering anything online... the key is ease. Some purchases have way too many steps before the order is confirmed. What I enjoyed about your system was that it only took a few clicks to place the order.
The second factor for me was the confirmation of the order by email . With a company one hasn't dealt with before, you're at the mercy of the cyber Gods as to whether the company and the purchase was genuine. I felt assured by the follow up correspondence. Lets hope the product lives up to its description.

Fake stuff. Bought a usb @70$; it's not working. I contacted them, and no reply. So please be careful. Fake stuff. Not sure there is someone behind this fake site.

i ORDERED 2 AIR CONDITIONERS ON 28/05/2026, ONE MINI WHICH COST £84.63 AND ALSO A LARGER ONE COSTING $206.91. i RECEIVED THEM ON THE 10/06/2026, BOTH WERE COOLING FANS NOT AIR CONDITIONERS AND BOTH WERE MINI FANS. I NEVER RECEIVED THE LARGER MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. I HAVE WRITTEN MANY EMAILS IN THE LAST FEW DAYS AND HAVE RECEIVED ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. DESPICABLE

Quick an easy, however I thought that the company was UK based so was not expecting that the delivery would take between 6 - 9 days. Maybe this should be higlighted on the website as it is useful information.

Very easy purchase.

On 27 May 2026, I purchased two items from Decors Deluxe :
1. External Hard Drive Portable SSD High‑Speed USB Storage 128TB
2. External Hard Drive Portable SSD High‑Speed Data Storage
The total cost was $198.89.

Upon receiving the products, I attempted to install the app using the QR code provided on the packaging, but the link did not work. There was no app available for these items, and neither my laptop nor my iPhone recognised the devices when plugged in.

I contacted customer service multiple times, requesting a full refund. They repeatedly asked me to send photos and videos proving the items were faulty, which wasted a significant amount of time. Several different customer service representatives responded, and I had to re‑explain the issue over and over again. Despite clearly stating that I did not want replacements, they continued offering them.

They then offered:
10% refund if I kept the items, or 50% store credit, which could only be used to purchase their products.

This is completely inconsistent with the “30‑day refund if you’re not satisfied” policy stated on their website. In reality, the process is difficult, especially since most products are shipped from China, making returns slow and complicated.

I strongly recommend not purchasing electronic products from Decors Deluxe. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing back‑and‑forth and the impossibility of resolving this within a week, I had no choice but to accept the 50% store credit, even though I did not want it. Continuing the dispute would likely take months, and I do not want to waste any more time. As of today, 15th June 2026, I have still not yet received the 50% store credit. I will update this review once I have received the credit.

I hope this review helps anyone considering buying portable hard drives from this seller. Please be aware of these issues before purchasing.

The design of the Christmas tree looks gorgeous and well priced. Check out was smooth and easy. Would have liked the dimensions in the description to amend when choosing a different sized tree... other than that it was simple and easy to order

Shopping and checking out easy and user friendly. However, I was very disappointed when the total drastically changed from time of checkout and the purchase confirmation email...$55 increase.!

The items I received are fake, I tried to contact them, for a return but Decorsdeluxe never respond me back
