A very smooth transition
A very smooth transition. A slightly too formal checking of NCBonus made the application longer than necessary. In over 50 years of car insurance I have never had to provide written evidence before otherwise I would have added the 5th star.

A positive experience
The person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. I was approached with respect and understanding and a level of humour. (Always essential in my mind. )
My request was straightforward and sorted quickly and efficiently.
