Appalling website
Appalling website, unable to have more than one car on the account, unable to use the same email address for the second account for my second car, forgot the password for the separate second car account so asked for a password reset which has so far taken 30 minutes and still waiting. On the plus side, and this is worthy of the one star rating, they are one of the cheaper providers on the market. Would be surprised if they can convince me to renew...

only way to contact is via telephone, no email address.
Far too much recorded information about just about everthing to have to listen to for several minutes before being put through to the department.
Question I asked about whether the NCD info I emailed through had been received and/or accepted could not be answered a week after insurance was taken out.
